    The author is a retired school teacher who lives in Florence, South Carolina and writes under both her marriage name, SC Fulton and her maiden name, SC Burgess. After retiring, she started BDB Production and Publishing Company and published her memoir, The Saga of a Retired Teacher - Addiction. After losing her son to violence and the deaths of other immediate family members within a short period of time, she wrote and published a scripture and prayer booklet, Grieving the Loss of Loved Ones. She just published her third book, "Suzi" A Dark-Skin Female, November 2015. In addition to writing books, she loves writing poems, plus she is a songwriter.
