About this ebook
In these troubled times of layoffs and business closings, it was apparent that help to the common person was desperately needed. With the economy pushing ever skyward, it is very unlikely that any real lasting help is coming from, so this turns it back to you! Every job in this book is here to show you that you can start working tomorrow. No real money (if any at all) is needed to get started. The materials, if not already owned or borrowed, are easily attained.
It is a fact that if these jobs are honestly tried, it would mean an end to unemployment in this country, but it’s up to you. Do you want to continue relying on poor excuses, depending on an ungrateful boss, always having to continue to worry whether or not you are the next to walk? Or even worse, subjecting your family to living in poverty, or are you ready to stand on your own and excel further than you ever have? It's up to you!

1. Wake Up Service
In this world of different types of people, you have two types you can categorize anyone in. Either they are a morning person or they are a night person. Morning people are up and going with no problem, but for night people, getting up in the morning is like going to the dentist.
So here is an opportunity in waiting. You make up 3x5 cards or you can spend a little here and get some business cards made, either way you go to places that night people are known to frequent and either post them or hand them out. Have the cards state that you have a wake up service and that for so much a week, you will call and wake them up. You could even get creative and give them a choice of wake up messages, like a nagging mother, a whining woman, a crying baby, a drill Sargent, etc. You could also offer a free week to anyone who sent you two paying customers.
2. Errand Service
Any idea what most people do when they finally do get a day off from work? They spend a lot of their time running errands ~ going to the post office, running to the drug store, dropping books off at the library, taking clothes to the cleaners, putting gas in the car, running to the store, rushing to pay the water bill, and on and on. Before they know it, they are back at work again, anxiously waiting for their next day off so they can waste it again running more errands.
So if someone with a car, a bicycle (or even if you had to walk) would run their errands, it would save them some precious time. People pay money to save time, just look at all the fast food places around. So take some 3x5 cards and post them wherever people are doing their errands can see them or hand them out to each and every person you see rushing around. You could offer so much off for anyone who sent you more paying customers.
3. Reminder Service
On television, a very typical scene is where the husband forgets his wedding anniversary or his wife’s birthday. Well believe it or not, that stuff really happens and (sorry ladies) not just to husbands. Millions of people have important meetings, parties, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, reunions and so on that they completely forget about each and every day of the week.
So for say 5 or 10 dollars a year, for so many reminders, someone could keep track of these special events for someone and maybe call and remind them three to five days in advance. This could be a great market for someone who could show some creativity like a person’s boss’s birthday or wedding anniversary, a first date with the wife, a pet’s birthday, sweetest day (that’s a tough one to remember), time changes (spring ahead, fall back), secretary’s week, mother-in-law day (good one to remember), etc. Just get out the 3x5 cards and post them anywhere or start handing them out. Maybe you could offer, say two free reminders to anyone who sends you another paying customer.
4. Address Painter
You are going to meet or pick up someone at their house, you finally find the right street but it’s starting to get dark and you can’t read the numbers on the house, sound familiar? Well, here is a fantastic opportunity not to mention a great public service.
For say, $2.50 a house, you can use either a bright white, or even better a fluorescent white paint. Paint their house number at the end of their driveway, or curb, or if possible, on a piece of wood with another piece you can push into the ground close enough to the street so it can be read but not where it will be covered up by cars parked out front. If
