    What this book is about

The subject of this book is insomnia. You will learn about a variety of safe and effective alternative treatments of insomnia. If you have chronic insomnia, you are taking a medication that isn’t helping, experiencing side effects, or you can’t afford to continue taking a medication that is working this book provides valuable information about a variety of alternative treatments of insomnia and practical strategies for how to use them.

If you’ve had insomnia in the past and you are sleeping consistently better now this book will help you create a wellness plan that fits your lifestyle and your budget. By the time you finish reading you’ll be able to create an individualized care plan adapted to your needs, preferences and budget. Just as important, you will learn how to think about your mental health in a more holistic way.
