The ELMS
AGRACEFUL design employing white siding for the walls and a thatch roof. Good windows groupings and plenty of light for a well planned interior. Note the many built-in conveniences such as dumb-waiter, clothes chute, dining nook, disappearing stairs, linen closet. The entrance opens to a reception hall which forms part of a big living room.

The ELON
SHINGLED walls, and unusual roof lines with a chimney built of common brick give this house its home-like appearance. The living room is unusually large and contains a natural fireplace. Built-in dining set, ironing board, disappearing stairs, and other conveniences including a ventilator in the kitchen over the range. Suitable to any location.
