      The back of the book claims that the book is a "concise easy to use guide" and it "enables language students to grasp the fundamentals of the Russian language quickly and easily." This is a true description of the book. In addition to the word "grasp", I would also add "review". The book is thin (for a grammar book), but well organized so as to be used quickly, and the explanations are accessible to those learning the language.
