    1.  The Characteristics of a

    Siamese Cat

    ––––––––

The breed of Siamese is one of the most sought after ones in the world.  They are very beautiful and have eyes, which could mesmerize you.  The Siamese cat is known to be very active as a mate, loving to humans and with a personality of their own, their unique charming ways will enthrall you without a doubt.

They can talk a lot, and believe us when we say that, they talk and talk and talk with you if they are affectionate towards you.  You would see that tendency in their voice, which can be very loud or harsh and squeaky as well.  However, you do have Siamese cats that are soft spoken and some that would only speak to you when they have to.

With kids, the Siamese cat is very indulgent, and if they think they have been around kids for too long, they wouldn’t bother being around them anymore.  And with elders at home, they would love to use anyone’s lap for purring and a quick nap. You can train a Siamese cat with ease, for they are very intelligent and live for around two decades or so, hence no questioning their health and vivaciousness.

When it comes to their personality, the Siamese cat is highly sociable and an extrovert to say the least.  As a breed, they are affectionate and warm and would love to be with their owners inside the house than to venture outside like other domesticated cats.  You can call the Siamese cat a people cat.

Sometimes you would wish there was a mute button on the Siamese cat, for it can be loud and squeaky, talkative as well.  They can be very demanding and vocal, conveying their needs and desires with high pitch calls.  The breed is also known to be highly curious, athletic and very affectionate.  If you carefully pay attention to their vocal demands, over time you would know what the Siamese cat wants from you.  And if you reply to their calls they would reply again, ending up in a rendezvous of sorts with you.  That is why we say, if you have a Siamese cat, you wish there was a mute button on him, for he can be very talkative and loud.

Now the Siamese cat is very intelligent, they can accomplish tricks and feats like no other cat at home can.  Some of the Siamese cat
