"Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. It is far better take things as they come along with patience and Equanimity."

INTRODUCTION
Why should I read this book?
If you wish to purify your Mind keep on reading. Applying that what you read will bring more evenness of Mind, also known as Equanimity. The Purpose of this book is to give you signposts to Experience more Equanimity. It helps you to become superior to your former self; it supports your self-realisation.
Is there a possibility of disappointment?
Yes. If you are looking for a quick fix stop reading as disappointment will surely follow. Quick fixes do not exist, nor have they ever existed. In order to obtain that what you wish to accomplish you need to Practice. Also understand that only you are responsible. If it is a success it is not because of this book. If it is a failure it is not because of this book. You are the life creating force that is responsible for the full 100%.
This fact makes ‘Simplifying Your Life’ more challenging than it sounds; it is not for the faint-hearted. At the same time, if you feel that you will be able to Practice while keeping the three Do’s in mind it can be a great read and may be life transformative. It all depends on you.
