About this ebook

Let Me Gather Myself is a semiautobiographical alternative history and prologue to "I Want Money, Power, and Sex". It is a 50% fictional account that challenges the status quo! No, this is not supplication, revision, entreaty, or a pile of dry Yanga bones on a white escarpment seeking museum installation or begging to be buried. The Yanga bones will lie where they are, and they will not beg to be exalted nor interred. Why did I create this "alternative" history and biography? I created this alternative history and biography because, according to the truth as people are made to believe it, people of colour are a genetically underdeveloped sub-human species of invisible people who wanted to be subjugated, enslaved, terrorized, displaced, colonized, emasculated, oppressed, ostracized, economically underdeveloped, spiritually conned and robbed, and were materially, economically, spiritually, personally, intellectually and historically dispossessed and displaced among other things which are not considered crimes when they happen to Arabs, Blacks and other people of colour according to history because they desired these crimes to be exacted upon them!
I make the assertion here that the global acceptance of deserved and desired oppression of blacks is evinced by the fact that: blacks remain politically, intellectually, socially, and economically subjugated and excluded in a civilized global society where they have no space that is considered deserved or legitimately theirs (owned or borrowed); they have not in all of humanitys history since the practice began, among peer nations and segments of society, of making the moral victim whole regardless of the outcome of war or strife, deserved reparations as other aggrieved ethnicities and nations have deserved reparations; and they are rendered fourth class global citizens by their active or passive exclusion from access to personal, social, political, and economic spaces and endeavour; and most of black Africa, Asia, and Latin America owes money that they never borrowed as free people.
I felt compelled to journal the process of trying to create a map to work my way through a maze that seemed to keep pulling me back.
The sense that I had already hit absolute rock bottom could not stop me from thinking that someone or something would visit meaning to and reprieve from my state of absolute despondence till I fell through the bottom and tumbled even further! I kept finding brief reprieve and then falling through further bottom so that I was not in the abyss anymore - the abyss was within. I fell so far, and kept falling, so that even the colour of dawn was a source of pain! Then I lost the one person who had always helped me find purpose and meaning in the chaos.
I lost my dad at a time when I hadnt made enough sense of how unhappy I was to even unpack it all and ask for help.
My dad always said that if you want to be consistently hopeful and happy then learn how to encourage someone to be hopeful and happy while acting hopeful and happy. He also taught me that if you seek to always be hopeful and useful seek those who choose by example to impart knowledge that builds character and those who nurture understanding that illuminates and makes one socially responsible and useful. It took some time trying and failing for me to then remember that he had also always admonished that you cannot achieve your best self alone. He was fond of saying that forgiveness goes a long way toward making you feel whole again when you choose to be independent of the need for both approval and revenge.

People think that success means that they are happy right now, but even pain has more colours than the millions of colours that pass through the clearest prism.

Chapter 1: The Watch of M’Ntu

Singular, individualistic seriousness will not save us because our story will ever be a story of two originally singular sides, opposite but in love with each other. We can only save ourselves and each other when we choose to agree that we are EQUALS. The liar draws us closer into her web. He desires that we struggle to survive. If we fail, either the mega will devour us, or should we survive the twins are likely to eat us whole. For this reason fear has been the tool to wake us but soon… the time is over to start. The time to wake and unite is now. If you doubt me then rather die by your own hand now. Will you believe me when you are fall into the fusion field between two suns where we could have rather fallen for and been consumed by none? I am fearless because I know who I am but God and my brothers want me to slow down. I placidly walk past those who have mortally wounded me because I have faith in the Law who preserves me for the culling and the renewal. Know this.

How will you know you are dealing with the first royal house, the sun that rises within its subjects and lifts them to themselves - the never setting sun? This is a mystery to me even with the knowledge I have received thank to hammer and cat.

All I seek at this point is for you to acknowledge that the change that will shape the future has already happened and to know and appreciate that the major arches that are true because they hold up reality are ancient. Why? It is good that you understand that you are part of something grand and beautiful. All that has come before you, such as your birth on the third planet, Earth, and in the Milky Way galaxy, are the broad strokes on the canvas. However, you are 100% in control of the decisions or choices you make despite the somewhat axiomatic macro-parameters you have to negotiate with.

Acknowledge that you are part of a system and that all systems really are is knowledge that is being manipulated to create reality. If you want change, then reach for wisdom. Wisdom is how you equip yourself to use what you know to alter reality. The wiser you are the greater your capacity to reshape reality. You may acquire capacity through wisdom but the higher wisdom which actually make change happen require that you submit to the awareness of your limitations and ignorance. When you know your weaknesses and strengths you will recognise that you cannot change the world alone. You will learn the value of unity. If you do not take this approach, you will instead seek dominion. Dominion is the parasitic self. Dominion is the state of seeking empire. To achieve empire, you have to deviate from the truth. The truth is Unity in Diversity. All systems that adhere to the principle of dominion prevail or succeed because of the fervent support of their subjects. Their success, however, is a tenuous compromise because it is dependent on the suspension of disbelief. When a predator says follow me, they do so confidently, and they will consume you confidently. The subjects have to submit to a call to suspend disbelief. The more you choose to ignore the weaknesses of the system the more you support it. It is about knowledge and choosing to ignore what you know to be true. So today you have the gift of Revelation which is not my gift to give you. I am just passing it on from the one who gifted it to me.

I write this letter to you because I want to bring the essence of you to the surface. All the -isms, kings, and empires will ultimately be forgotten, so do not chase glory. Love what you do till you discover something new that you love more, then love that. The truth will be its own champion and the champions of the change that is shaping the local future are the people who choose to love unconditionally. This is not a war for numbers, it has already happened.

The truth is the Law. It is written in indelible ink and life itself will affirm it. The Law is older than any source reported to have recorded it and receiving and obeying it is humanity’s greatest success. This has already happened. We are filling in the gaps with creative flare, colour, and contrast.

A lot of us tell ourselves stories about who we are, where we come from, and where and to whom we belong to sooth the pain of dissonance, trauma, and shame. The stories we are taught are meant to silence our innate sense of right and wrong so that we do not react the way we should.

The Truth is the Law and it Is and Always was. How do we know this? We know this because we recognise how we want to belong. We want to be united no matter how different we are.

Why does the sociopath hate himself? He recognises the need to belong but is afflicted by an enduring psychic state of exaggerated narcissism which perpetuates the delusion of being above it all which makes him think he has evolved beyond the base need to belong. The dictator is a natural sociopath and so are most people human beings tend to elect as political leaders. Why? We suffer from a bias that favours a type that is immune to emotional affect and randomness. We plainly see that the psychopaths among us value the intellectual and moral coup of simply not caring to conform or belong. We choose to reward those who internally feel that they are faster than the humanity which chases them. However, we are beginning to recognise that choosing liars as leaders is special self-sabotage.

The sociopaths among us, those with the Cain gene, are starting to see that we are breaking away from being predisposed to choosing leaders who are made of Teflon. Even the sociopaths among us are starting to feel the desire to succumb. You see, even the sociopath, the type who is diseased with the delusion that they do not need to belong, is frustrated by his or her contradictory desire to belong and acts out by destroying what he or she loves instead of choosing to simply surrender and be healed. Yes, the sociopath can be healed by simply giving in to the need to belong, but his vanity overwhelms him.

It may be that when the ultimate particle is discovered, it will be discovered to be two contra twins who love each other so much that they want to be one but cannot. They cannot because it is their nature to be different but seeking to be one. Each becomes the other and the moment they see that they are not the same they change back to their initial forms, and they carry on in this way to infinity while seeking and creating others who can help them match. Such were the twin brothers, Cain and Abel in the allegoric tale which, by the way, is probably a sort of confession by the writer. Abel admired Cain and desired to be as strong and brave as Cain was and Cain desired to be as easily loved and appreciated as Abel was.

So, when those who are psychically present with Abel’s phenotype witness violence they might hesitate to react and this proved to be a weakness in the wild, hence the bias toward psychopaths. When people of colour witness the unbridled violence black and white people who hate humanity, psychopathic types, exact on every nation of colour. Often, when confronted by inhuman acts blacks are ill-equipped to cope or even process what is taking place. To be less mild, blacks are instantly confused when they see a black person attacked and are instead moved to tears or sadness when they witness a white person being attacked. The bias toward sympathy for white is the result of thousands of years of conditioning but the predisposition to a reaction that makes psychopaths succeed is obviously ancient.

When our most recent, Godman, elder, and ancestor, iTonga lelihle, Yeshua, rose to prominence, in the perilous days in which he lived, he stated that he had come not to contradict that which had been there in the beginning, but to fulfil that which had been promised in the beginning. To this end he rebuked those who preached Zionism (and apartheid as had segregated the unloved and generally despised people of colour and pushed them to the ghettos of Cana, Bethlehem, and Nazareth) by speaking the affirmation of truth back into the Levant, and the world itself, when he gave the Law as two things: loving and obeying God who issues the law; and loving our neighbours as we love ourselves. Those who had received the Law had put mankind’s hand on it, so he called them a brood of vipers. A brood is born of someone who is dishonest so there is one ancestor who lied and then propagated his lies, but he did not tell his descendants that he lied. Through his lies he saved his people and for that he was commended because the one who identified him as a liar not only invited his descendants but was his descendent. So, I will, given that precedent, lie to my people that I may afford them the opportunity to empower and emancipate themselves from the bondage imposed by the lies of others.

In the beginning, was black happiness the same as white happiness? Were our Gods the same as white Gods? Is the black God today a lesser God than when all people were black? Does the younger white God tell the whites to hurt, oppress, and enslave their peer ancestors, the blacks, while the elder black God tells blacks to love everyone? These are the questions that young black children ask themselves and each other as soon as they encounter and can appreciate the idea of an omnipotent supernatural being.

The stories we tell ourselves as Africans about who we are do not belong to us. You understand at this point that this is an open letter to young black Africans and people who identify as black Africans or people of colour to who I will refer to as blacks – not just because it is convenient but because there is not better indicator of blackness and the beauty of blackness than the tinctures and hues that are celebrated in the self-loving diversity of browns, olives, reds, and yellows throughout our world.

This book is a signpost, a route marker for the Watch of M’Ntu, you are not lost. We have managed to reach the halfway point, and everything is proceeding as it should. The damage I seek to help heal and the change that I want is not going to happen because of what you decide after you read this book because the change I seek has already happened. There are those who will say, Hogwash! There is no way M’Ntu transmitted his message over more than 9000 years of human history. To them I say that what M’Ntu transmitted is the foundation of faith which is found in the Law and for the sake of all that the Ever-flowering Reed was commanded, it is sufficient. The Law has entered all cultures because it is beautiful and calls all men to wisdom. When humanity strays, it is the Law which helps humanity find its way back. So… it is today as it was when the Hama dictated the Law which came to them through the wisdom of spiritual counsel. I do not believe that there was only one Hama among the ancestors who created, observed, or received the Law as we have received it because Unity has always guided us, but what we know is that its meaning has been transmitted consistently so it is the oldest living idea or word we have today and for other brothers to have affirmed it only emboldens us to appreciate their good works and the love of the Master, the Father and Mother, who sent them out.

If! I wake up and decide to be happy to work, I know that my work will bring me greater happiness. On such days I am more certain that I will experience even greater joy when I rest having done good work for the day. I am happy in choosing to serve our eternal unity so that all good works are, hence, dedicated to the greater glory of God. While none of us is perfect, and the path we clear may yet need to be cleared of debris, we do know, however, that together, through unity, we can create and do better. Our purpose is unity. Unity was the command in the beginning. Unity was the word that set forth all manifestation of what is possible. Unity is our hope and Unity is our reward. Through faith, the Spirit Who prevailed in the beginning, for the beginning, is welcome to prevail in us now and forevermore. Our hope is that the spirit of Unity, may guide us in all our endeavours for the sake of a better and more adventurous, enlightened, prosperous, just, and equitable future.

If you seek God, then seek God in the moments of gratitude for the community God has blessed you to be a member of. In those moments judge your neighbours not on their behaviour in the worst moments where they were most vulnerable and most likely to disappoint but by the moments when in spite of circumstances and their own character they appointed others as being worthy of acts of love, generosity, service and sacrifice for it is in the glimmer of compassionate love that the portion of God in humanity is revealed.

In the beginning was the Word... Is there a more enigmatic clause that is at once also the most economic and direct message in all of Spiritualism? Words have meaning so existence has meaning, and it follows that life has meaning. However, in language a word can be a book, a sentence, a name, an instruction, a question, a singular word or sound, or a command. If it was before anything existed, then we are made to understand that it required no further qualification than itself to be… and that means that it was true, and the truth is eternal. The setting of the scene and the content then evolved. Movement and change have been shaping reality ever since. From apparent chaos to order and chaos, everything is as it should be, and knowledge and the wisdom it affords through understanding informs the learned mind that restoration without evolutionary advancement is failure. So, the hope and the happiness we seek must come from alignment with the Word. We should not be afraid to seek the questions that help us to align in the best way possible.

If I say to you the sky is red, it is true. If I say to you the sky is blue, it is true. If I say to you that the sun is really a greenish, then bluish, then greenish, everchanging hues of black but we are unable to see true blackness, it is true. It is the spirit of wisdom who will come to you and clarify what is true. So, imagine what is possible. If I say to you that the Law always prevails for the sake of existence, know that the Law is our Law.

The humble, the meek, need not wait for that which has already been issued. The promise is in your DNA. All you need, once you choose to know yourself and love yourself and thus love and obey God is to obey the Law. The Law is not meant to injure you, it is an invitation to Victory. It is an invitation to joyful Triumph. The Law is written everywhere… the planets who co-operate to create life obey the Law. Energy and matter harmonize to obey the Law. The Law is an invitation to Unity. You do not need to be called ancient names to know who you are. You are valuable and loved because all you need is to recognise the nature of the spirit which seeds life within yourself and thus also recognise it in others so that you may receive your bequeathments, the legacy which is yours. There is nothing material that supersedes the value of the spirit. Even for one righteous soul the world would be restored so what about for two or more? Triumph… that is the life. The Law restores us to the path – the way. And through Grace we shall be restored live in the Truth which is to be found in the Life-Giving Waters. We are not perfect, we are evolving, and we are invited to the next step.

White supremacism was started by black people who had achieved higher status in society as merchants, priests, scribes, and scholars and envious of the black ruling elite and wanted to carve out a piece for themselves. The envy and hate that inspired white supremacism was not theirs. They had witnessed white counterparts annexing the positions of power they believe had believed to be their preserve. And when they received overtures from innocently envious foreign powers who had endeared themselves to the black ruling elite, they were overwhelmed by envy and spite and also became infected with greed and the hunger for dominion. You see, as they became elites through commerce and material control of the economy, by habit and through culture, they created a population who normalized the hate of people of colour and people who are economically disadvantaged or vulnerable which today has become a society of global elites with the accumulation and concentration of wealth and power as their moral and philosophical campus North.

This is what broke more than 7000 years ago and we have not fixed what broke 7 000 years ago when Hellenism and proto-Zionism created a baby in white supremacism. If we do not choose to stamp out the tendency toward rewarding sociopathic tendencies we are doomed to cycle up empires again and again in the name of the original dominion project until the denial and further transmission of madness stops with our otherwise inevitable self-annihilation. Till then, blacks and more generally, people of colour, are rendered third parties in our own experience of pain so that even our encounters of euphoria or joy must be exaggerated for us to feel that we are feeling something that is not borrowed. Black supremacism is not the solution because this society of elites are so insidious that if blackness becomes more economically advantaged than whiteness, they are so committed to their faith that they would shuffle across the colour barrier and change their value set to camouflage their new incarnation and renewed agenda. So… be careful. The only solution, from my humble perspective, is the Law as it was in the beginning or as it is interpreted by Christians today.

Hopefully, someday, when science has confirmed that the success of species, whether low level or sentient, is indeed dependent on their unity through shared faith and purpose, we will all choose solidarity. In that day we will understand and believe that truly, In the beginning was the Word by understanding that "In the beginning was the Law and the law guides us to our purpose and is a life affirming path for all living beings and from a life giving and wisdom granting perspective the Word is the Law and the law is the Truth. Unity, which is ‘From one, a diverse multitude, and from a diverse multitude, one’ is only one of the ideas described by the Law when it is stated in my home language as it is spoken today, Zulu. I hope to share some perspectives on the Law, how we began, and how we move forward so that we leave no one behind. There is nothing new, only that which affirms where we come from.

So, where do we come from? We exist in a reality where what is observable and measurable directly or indirectly is called nature and that which is hidden and describes the substratum to which nature clings and is the source of governance of what is above it and below it is called supernatural and the discernible but unobservable interaction between the supernatural and nature is usually called the divine. When we say the universe is characteristically imperfect, we are simply observing that it is in a constant state of evolution. Evolution itself is imperative but requires constant change and motion and the unity of diverse elements to form something more complex. Progressively more complex systems become more ordered and a certain level and chaotic at other level depending on their phenomenological characteristics such as the vectors, mass, colour, dimension, luminosity etc that describe them. So, if we seek perfection, we could rather seek it within or at the stratum which bounds the unbound set that is everything and each thing. Where we come from is within. Where we come from chemically, physically, and spiritually can then be explored and better appreciating where we come from cosmologically is the consequence. When I say spiritually, I am annexing the domain describing the Law which describes Unity and the systems and phenomena that cooperate to make life possible and potentially successful. We see symbiosis which cannot be called good all the time or bad. We also witness parasitic and commensal behaviours, and all these are interspecies, where one species must donate to another species at some point and the relationship or exchange may be mutual or not. However, our chief concern in seeking a better way of being is not just the ontological associations that lead to a better understanding of being, but what we may appreciate about how to pragmatically achieve better capacitated, more dynamic, and existentially prosperous intraspecies association. By a great leap, which is not so great, our ultimate government (of the living world) is the manifest Law describing Unity and the Law appeals to this idea on so many levels. It is consistent and unchanging and may be the representation of perfection outside of the logical abstraction offered by mathematics and building upon that the theories we find useful in physics and chemistry.

We are different peoples seeking the way, the truth, and the true life and meaning beyond the bounds of our mortality and the mundane. If you are black, you probably must overcome so many psychic traumas and barriers and existential imperative that you have been systemically denied the opportunity to indulge in using your time for such reflections or introspections. If you are black, you are busy worrying and surviving. Yours is only to consume God as if the idea of God was a packaged beverage or a shake. You are, perennially, a creature divorced from the privilege of partaking in explorations and adventures of the mind you are otherwise manifestly and patently gifted to partake in. The crime here is a gross violation that dehumanises the criminal and the victim. History and consequence render the blacks no more than beasts who consume and cannot reflect on flavour, texture, ingredients etc. of the milkshake that is life to a greater extent than satisfies the need for satiety and survival. And when it does occur, it is considered a spurious event.

For the discerning mind we are about to answer a question that some might find stark at this point: How does humanity transcend? Unity. Only mutual and integral unity leads to godliness. Conversely, unprovoked oppression or violence against vulnerable groups by the powerful or influential is anti-Unity. It is self-hate. Whoever does not seek harmony with Unity seeks dominion through destruction, however, everything is interconnected and interdependent – even chaos is part of evolution. The negation of an element to the exclusive advantage of another without care for sustainability and balance shifts equilibrium and may threaten all existence. The argument of those who seek dominion is that destroying most life achieves less competition, limits the need for evolution, and better guarantees success for the sanctified or select few. The further argument is that cleaning up or sanitising the environment by negating undesirables makes the chosen prosper. This is enmity to God. This is enmity to the Law. So, the self-hating souls, those mercenaries who through apartheid, racism, and political, social, or economic subjugation or oppression are, by choice, at war with God. They know where they stand, and those armies defending a more difficult but rewarding harmony between life, benevolent nature, and chaos are defending Movement and Change, they are championing the Law, God, and know where they stand. Everyone writes their story and has the free choice that supplies their nib with ink… There is no need for prophecy in the end times… everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge to make better choices in their personal, socio-political, economic, and ecological life. I hope that most of us choose the true way. I hope that most of us choose life.

In a world where there is no spectrum of colours and their attendant shades, no grey areas there is only black and white. We do not live in such a world. Those who wake as breadwinners are at odds with the system yet must make their way within the constraints it prescribes. How do they achieve unity with like-minded others who choose Unity when they are manifestly separated by economic status, racial stereotyping and prejudices, and different faiths with denominational divisions? How do they choose to be an agent of change. To be honest there are those who can only speak the need for change and affirm the course of those who will author change with broader and more defined strokes, there are those who will be conscientious objectors, willing to pay the highest price as martyrs, and there are those who will be individual commandos serving change itself while others with for organised infiltration and guerilla units or organised movements for change. Everyone plays a part, and it is important to recognise those who are oppressors and distinguish them from those who are freedom fighters. The oppressed are not instigators of violence nor oppression. Those with political might and economic and material advantage will take the guise of wolves dressed as lambs, but they stick out for their dominion and control over the lives of those they seek to destroy, and their arrogance, gross and unnecessary retaliations and violence, greed, exploitative policies, indifference, or lack of empathy.

What interfaith, interdenominational, international philosophy could unite us? UbuNtu. UbuNtu is the value-based philosophy that guides policy and the generations of evolving values, norms, laws, and policy as allow humanity to be like water. UbuNtu, the Law, is the legacy of BaNzu the Great House of the Long Right Hand of BaTonga who today are known as BaNtu. The House of the Long Right Hand is the most ancient royal House that unified all African kingdoms. Whereas each kingdom has a Right Hand House, and each dynasty has a right-hand House, the House Mapunga, the first to promote the mechanisation of transportation, agriculture, irrigation, and harvest and to build with stones, is also the ancient house of the masters of maritime culture and fishing, agriculture, hunting, mining and metalwork and the policy of teaching and spreading the mastery of these disciplines to all nations in the name of unity and prosperity even though the same ones we taught have stripped our stone temples bare and stole all their machinery and wiring leaving us without our ancient ways to call home.

House Mapunga married into all the Right-Hand Houses and they made House Mapunga Honorable, thus becoming the permanent Right-Hand House, and the house of senior authority. Those who claim ancestry from House Mapunga are of the House of the Long Right-Hand and are welcome. The Law, however, says that House Mapunga is not above other houses in importance, rather it serves all houses who call upon its love, memory, knowledge, and accumulated wisdom. Our collective memory shall be restored for it accumulates even when the eye does not see, in the darkness, in the wilderness, our nature rises to bear as it should.

When we had memory, we had a story, and it is ours still. When we lost memory, we became fractured nations and clans in need of healing and our story remained ours still. In the wilderness, we created cultures of fetish as triage to stop the bleeding and block the pain while our story remained ours. However, some of the stories we used as triage have now replaced our truth insulating us from our essence so that even when our feet are steeped in Water, they hardly get washed. The temporary refuge we administered is distracting our minds from the obvious need for complete healing and transformative, transcendental change. Our soothing soul balm, the tales who are the children of invention, are blocking us from acknowledging that we are deeply injured souls in need of repair. We need to reset the stories we tell ourselves because these stories are very important in creating and maintaining a sense of identity and belonging.

Growing up, it became apparent to me, upon observation of my peers, that most of the stories we learned in school and read in books dominated ideas of what was good, what was true love, what was right, and what was wrong without saying anything about who we were and what value we had to offer - if any. Whether it was the bible stories at Sunday school, the fairy stories in the early readers we got at kindergarten and primary school, or the legends and myths about Norse and Greek Gods we studied as we grew older, the world needed heroes and those heroes always affirmed that it was a white world with white champions.

From very early on in my childhood, I had a special edge which my father understood and asked me to nature and protect not because I was unique in any way. On the contrary I was rather frail and constantly in hospital. I even needed steroids to support my immune system and I could not speak. Rather than be ashamed and disappointed he would speak to me as if I was an adult who just could not respond orally. His approach helped me to quickly develop a no bullshit approach to spirituality.

My dad had no patience for superstition and made sure I understood that this was a family culture and not just his acquired attitude. He would say that he recognised that I was intelligent even saying that he saw his father in my eyes, so there was no need to hide the truth. He specifically made the effort to teach me the importance of humility and grace, because, he said, I would serve others with my intelligence and knowledge! You see, I could not do a lot of things for myself because I had to be indoors and was bed ridden most of the time. This meant that I had to rely on the charity and patience of my siblings to make it through each day whenever I was suffering periods of diminished immunity. There was a profound lesson in vulnerability and powerlessness which I have held onto since childhood.

I learned and understood before I could even speak, that the stories we tell ourselves about who we are, where we come from, what we value, and how we value ourselves are crucial in shaping ideas about who we are and the value we bring to the world. As I said, I could not turn words into speech from infancy till the age of about three, and when I finally acquired the ability to speak, I began speaking in full sentences. I’m pretty sure that this story will be useful later. For now, suffice to say, as I grew older, it became ever more painfully evident that I would be the one to break with family tradition and tell the secrets of the Summer House of Mapunga – the Eternal House of the Long Right Hand, the House of the Servants of Society, the Servants of Unity, the House Langa, the House of Ra M’Ntu. I would consciously contribute to the great effort to bring all of the nations of Ntu from the wilderness so that they may harken to the light within. Why is this even important you may ask? This is one of the topics we will explore to find the answers that help us to ask better questions.

It is important to appreciate that these are not secrets at all. The challenge we have as black Africans and people of colour is that we are told contrary truths to the history and legends some of our elders already knew and passed on from generation to generation, yet we choose to believe the new lies we are told which suppress our capacity for intelligence and wisdom. What I would like to do is afford those who want the record to be set straight an opportunity to encounter the truth. Those who choose to believe in lies will simply ignore what I have to say and say it is all lies regardless. To each their own.

The legend of M’Ntu, the Hama Murapi, says M'Ntu was first a healer – a herbalist and inspired diviner. As he matured, he became a man of the law, a farmer, a hunter, an adventurous mountaineer, a military genius, an astronomer, and a maritime expert among other things. As a priest he returned African to faith in one king of gods, spiritual beings, and men based on the principle that from one seed originated diversity and all diversity serves one master – Unity in and from diversity. Some believe he elevated to the status of God Man by the time he was gathered for he had been so favoured and loved in his natural life that he could have only belonged to those spiritual beings who guide and gather all to Unity. He was the first African king to recognize that war and genocide are insanity. Inspired and resolute in the knowledge that had granted him wisdom, he started paying all economically vulnerable refugees and labourers enough to be rich among their peers. He established the practice of helping grooms who could not afford bride price not only with land and cattle to pay bride price but sufficient also to become wealthy landowners if they were willing to work for a period on their father in laws' land in peace time and for the state as apprentices, artisans, or soldiers. The goal was a society of peers where poverty is eradicated and all men and women have healthy self-esteem, self-love, and sufficient wealth to be prosperous, happy, and faithful to the unity and prosperity of the nation. To this end he created the Law which I shall share with you.

The Law is Key to the happiness and prosperity of humankind. The Law is the armour that protects humankind from the destructive oppression of part of your species in the name of material or economic advantage which is insanity. This armour is only effective for the war within – the war which ends all wars without. What I will tell you is that there is a group of men who created a plot so insidious that it has taken generations and millennia to eradicate. Theirs is a society of men of violence who are also men of means. Today we call them white supremacists, but they have a desire to bring the war within out so that they may have everything under their power after the chaos. They have been suffering from insanity for more than 7000 years and it has been their goal to infect the balance of the human population. Not only have they been trying to annihilate part of the human population, but they have also been destroying other species and whole ecosystems on the planet.

There are those who have within the blood of the first man who hated himself, the one who said, I am not my brothers' keeper! They cannot help that they have the seed of insanity however it is their choice to turn to the prince if the air or to turn within to the voice of their better nature for that voice is the loudest in every man. They see it as the voice of weakness. It is those who hate themselves who turn to self-hate and violence to silence the voice of the spirit of knowledge and wisdom, the voice of which is infinite, possible, creative, and good. However, they have the need also to belong and their need to belong makes them desire not only to spread self-hate but also to influence those who are vulnerable and prone to being misled to follow them. So, they create cabals, syndicates, and secret societies that use violence to build economic advantage but that can only go so far because men if knowledge and wisdom who believe in justice stand in the way of those who are opposed to the equity and equality championed by justice. For all human beings, it is easier to be evil, but those who are intelligent choose the narrower path, the path of unity and shared prosperity. Evil men generally have low intelligence and low self-esteem. Evil men and women need intelligent people to do their bidding, so they might start with violence but eventually they use the promise of wealth, power, and economic advantage to attract those who are intellectually weak. The watch of M'Ntu through the distilled essence of it message could have been what inspired those who ensured that even the likes of Machiavelli would not infect all of society. When Machiavelli’s influence was at it peak people thought he was invincible and his philosophy, which is simply a retelling of the philosophy of the cult of Baal was the true way for the enlightened but when he failed in all his dealing all his followers and so-called loyalists abandoned him. It is time once more for the brotherhood of the watch to rise but now the knowledge is poured out to everyone because at no other time has the world been closer to peace and destruction at the same time.

As it was in the beginning, so it was at the end. In the beginning, The Great House of the Sun (Langa), the House of the Liar who cannot lie to himself, the Great House of the Nations, brought forth a conquering dynasty in baTonga. BaTonga are the progenitors of the people of Central, Eastern, and Southern Africa. They are descendants of M’Tonga, and descendant of the first great Langa clan, Mhlanga. M’Tonga is the greatest fisherman, mariner, and hunter among the ancient fathers. From the dynasty of M’Tonga many kings mastered the secrets of the stars for the sake of navigation and divination and took to the oceans with their goal being to civilize all worlds, known and unknown. They sailed the oceans with masterful ease and could divine the seasons and appropriate times for war and planting by the positions and motion of celestial bodies. They hunted Lions and were thus called Ba’Ndau the Lion Kings. BaTonga gave way to a new beginning in bakaLanga, the Southern Sons of the Sun and descendants of Langa of the House of baTonga, who was also named M’Ntu for he is a Hama – one who lives and is in the perpetual spiritual company and counsel of the eternal brotherhood of ascendant sons of Ntu. Among the Langa was one who was called Chirima Mbowani because of his agricultural prowess, and one who was called Magudu, one who was called Gudunkomo, and one who was called Mutapanyika, because he was a fearsome warrior king during a time of great upheaval and constant invasion by foreign powers. And so it was, when the end of the great Langa Empire came to pass, in the time of defacane, simply a time to start over again. When Zwide and Sikhunyana, Emperor and heir, reached the Nkomathi River, the son of Langa, Zwide, became M’Tonga. Zwide, by relinquishing his crown and performing the ancient rite of the Hama, performed an act of spiritual selflessness, thus, conferring upon his son, Sikhunyana, the right to forever be called, a brother of the Fathers – Hama. Sikhunyana, thus, became by all right, Mhlanga of House Mapunga, the permanent right-hand house, or House of the Long Right Hand. By other titles he became M’Ndebele, M’Ntu, Ngonyama, M’Ndau, Tau, and many other names from the names of Hama now become honorific titles. However, this was the last such ceremony, and it was performed as an invitation to princely peers to serve the nation voluntarily so that future generations would be borne of their first kings" and also so that all future Langa generations would be royal peers as long as they served the true spiritual Crown which is the spiritual Shield of the nation, the Thebe, the spiritual Law of Ntu, the Law of Spiritual Unity.

Sikhunyana’s uncles, the likes of which included Mabhutsu wabo Khosa (Khoza), Jele (who became Gumbi), Msene, Radebe, Sithole, Nyambose (who became Mthethwa), Masuku, Khumalo, Dlamini, and Manukuza (who became Soshangane) and other estimable generals (and Lords and Princes - in the European sense), were released from their spiritual bond of service to the empire and would henceforth serve the crown in the flesh, Sikhunyana, as volunteering peers rather than as subject kings. How had they earned such an honour?

For many years prior to the defacane, the Cape government had been on a campaign to buy the allegiance of the princes and lords of the Langa imperial realms by promising them arms in return for small parcels of land and freedom of movement. The approach of the Cape government was to send men of the cloth whose overture ultimately inspired the intrigues which precipitated the patricidal campaigns of the rebellious cohort of ambitious young princes who had fallen under the guile of the charismatic Mthethwa prince, Godongwane’s influence. The you prince had convinced themselves that they had to usurp power from their backward fathers through violent means. The chief impediment to their plans, the immovable stumbling block that stood in their way, was the alliance between the Nyambose, the Hlubi and the Ndwandwe led by Zwide kaLanga who had refused the offers extended through umNyambose, Godongwane (Dingiswayo) ka Jobe and eventually, Shaka. For having stood loyally with Zwide the remnant generals of the Hlubi, Ndwandwe (core Langa), and Nyambose (Mthethwa) deserved freedom from their bond of service to the crown. The freedom to be kings was their just reward. Sadly, the manoeuvre would prove futile as the smarting British would prove so vindictive over the Ndwandwe rejection of their overtures as to ultimately betray Manukuza’s descendant Ngungunyana to the Portuguese even though it was against their political and economic interest to do so. The Nyambose who, having opened the hinterland to the recent arrivals from the Cape, would not fair better, nor would AmaHlubi and other houses and clans that they forcefully pulled into the misadventure. History has proven that Dingiswayo and Shaka were not receiving mild mannered visitors, they were a brood of vipers come to take everything. Imperialists do not honour contracts with natives. They did not do so in Manhattan (New York), not in Numbered Treaty territories (Canada), and certainly not in Africa. Those who write the history books would prefer we all went along and accepted their version but there is a different version to that which is taught and told in South Africa and one can appreciate that political expediency was best served by the popular narrative of noble conquering savages routing out enemies whose mischief was confounding some sort of tribal unity project. No! They betrayed and destroyed an already established empire by weakening already tenuous alliances at a critical juncture where the successful defence of the hinterland could have changed the history of the black world for the better.

The rites by which every ascendant Langa prince became a Hama, a peer brother among the ancient Fathers, is an ancient rite by which descendants of Mhlanga became brothers of Mhlanga son of Ntu. In doing so they became peers with past kings so that past kings may grant them access to the wisdom they gained in their living years. By rendering the House Mhlanga, which is House Mapunga, a permanent right-hand House, all future generations were rendered peer kings and queens in hiding, royalty in exile without need to ever receive the rites in the ancient way for they were now, once more, in the wilderness and prone to being lost - even to themselves. With Mhlanga as their forebear, they would never to be lost or hidden from those to whom they would be gathered! As it was in the beginning, so it was in the end, one nation, one people, one O’Hlange, under the Shield of the Lion Kings (M’Ndebele), the Thebe ya Tau/MNdau (the Shield that is the Divine Law), which, even in the absence of a crowned monarch, is the spiritual true king of all men as all men are peers under Ntu?!" – Our legends, our truth!

What is the importance of the spiritual Crown? A nation experiencing a long period of domestic prosperity and peace and whose systems, culture, and practices gradually become rooted in bureaucracy as standard practice; political indifference due to a stifling atmosphere of status quo; and laisse faire attitudes in leadership and governance, is soon overwhelmed by complacency, corruption, and ill-discipline and eventually implodes - if it is not subsumed by internal forces or conquered by foreign powers. Conversely, a nation that is constantly agitating for growth at the expense of it neighbours and foreign powers gradually becomes a nation whose systems, culture, and practices become rooted in brutality, greed, envy, shame, manipulation, demagoguery, and state and economic maleficence. Both nations have a culture of violence and are by nature self-destructive. Their feet are never grounded because the lack of truth and justice creates a restive vacuum within, a spiritual tornado of sorts which renders them constantly charged and their souls never grounded and unable to find peace. Both nations are headed for destruction. The longer it takes for them to come to their end, the longer and more damning and profound the cost.

The only solution to the cycles of falsehood and destructive violence, conflict, or strife is Unity under the Shield. With Unity we still experience cycles, but their consequences will be better quelled and brief. Only through humility and choosing to all be our brother’s keeper can we be devoted enough to universal suffrage and human dignity to earn the permanent companionship and company of the Spirit of Wisdom as may guide us toward ascendance as a species, as a United People. You see, unity is only the first step. However, it is necessary for the second step which is not only to infiltrate and shake the system from within or to impose our will and shake it from without, rather it is to do all this and deconstruct and reshape the system altogether. The objective is to evolve.

If we (generally as people of colour and more directly, to my existentially and ethnically immediate audience, Africans) are so dedicated to being pragmatic, relevant, and economically emancipated that we forsake the spiritual work of awakening and consciously expressing that essence which has been suppressed and then neglected we become strangers to ourselves. It has been said that what Africans need is to regain control of the means of product, influence or control over the flow of capital and inimical to our need for vibrant, dynamic, and evolving personal and collective actualisation. We become seedless fruit, trees whose usefulness is a consequence of artificial propagation. You will hear it said that Africans must be economically emancipated for their social, political, and economic prospects to be realised. However, what problems that are obviously psychic, has more money solved? The economic emancipation trope has an element of truth, but it is a cover for kleptocratic populism in much the same way charismatic pastors promise riches will flow to those who tithe the most – it a political Ponzi.

Such is the power of the spirit over my soul that it has nurtured so vaulting an imagination as dares to have known tomorrows before seeing, hearing, or living within the rumours that are the pillars of its todays. Such is the hold of the spirit over my soul that from the first moment I knew that I knew things, felt emotions and knew I felt, and thought thoughts and knew that I thought, the proportion of what I knew, with certainty, to be vast possibility within reach of my mind to fully comprehend has been relentlessly and axiomatically shrunk by the pressing vastness of ever newer causes of hope, joy, uncertainty, and ever more bewildering possibility. Hence, though I like to think that I am forever young because I choose to think I am, I worry more and grow less rumbunctious by the day. The pursuit of happiness was a clear path with black and white choices when I started this journey as a young boy, but with the course of age and maturity, I have surrendered to the process of forgetting and acknowledging my occasional powerlessness and ignorance rather than treating them as opportunistic infections. This is the nature of growth. Such is life and there is no fighting it. So,
