In some ways we are all the same. We all have the similar human nature. We share a common humanity. We all have human bodies and human minds, we all have human thoughts and human feelings. But we think environment, race, family values, religion, beliefs, experiences etc. make us different from others. Our minds are connected to one another. We’re connected not only with everything that we see in our lives today, but also with everything that’s ever been, as well as things that haven’t happened yet. The beauty of “Not of My Body, but of My Soul” poetry book as a form of self-healing is that it allows the author to release her feelings about shades of personality.
