About this ebook
Commodore Edwina O'Mally wasn't active command anymore, well, at least she wasn't until reports came in from Station 321 indicating that the commanding officer had been murdered. The method of murder indicates an enemy that most have long forgotten, but O'Mally has studied for most of her career. She's sent out to assess the situation and take command. Upon her arrival, she finds a nearly derelict station overrun with the long forgotten enemy.

She enjoys annoying her two cats, Laird Inkspot and Tsar Nicholas, as well as wandering around Azeroth when she's not commanding Federation starships or playing other various games on PC and Playstation. She's been writing, mostly for herself, for nearly 20 years. She joined in the great adventure of NaNoWriMo back in 2004 - and figured out her formula to crossing the finish line in 2009. She's been highly active in her region since 2009, and 2015 marks her second year as Municipal Liaison. 2009 also marked her first encounter with a professional in the writing and publishing industries, and after said professional told her that she had something going for her, she decided to suck it up and embark on her dream of being a published author, support or no support from the people around her.

For Commander - because without Commander, I wouldn’t have decided it was okay.

Eddy had arrived at the ship via shuttle, and even though Captain Clara Winters had graciously offered to take her all the way to Station 321, she was determined to arrive at her new command without escort. She had laughingly told her old friend that she was going to use the six hour journey she had left for some yoga and a nap, just to return to the command mindset.

As one of a mere handful of crew who remained unaffected by this chemical attack on the station, it is up to me to figure out how to make this station appear deserted. Most of the nonessential items have been powered down, even as we struggle to finish activating the stasis units for those affected crew members. We are certain this was an attack, not an accident, due to the nature of the symptoms of those affected. Primarily, those with higher iron counts in their blood are most affected. Somehow, our very human CMO has managed to avoid becoming ill herself. She has said — and I quote — never been more grateful to be dangerously anemic
than she is now. I trust fleet command has already dispatched us a new commanding officer, but I cannot be certain that there will be anyone left when they arrive. End file. Time-stamp, and archive.
