It starts of well with small and interesting tactics and techniques. However, as the book progressed, things took a huge turn! From small talk it leaped to cold reading, psychic stuff. Definitely NOT a good read! Initial few pages might hold some value for newbies but for people who are comfortable striking up conversations, this book is as good as useless.
