    Fast easy read and as someone already with some level of knowledge on IF through practice, I found the content to be very credible.

    This was a quick read (less than 50 pages) and is more of a basic overview of intermittent fasting as opposed to an actual plan. There are no meal plans, no recipes, no workout plans, but you can get a general idea of what intermittent fasting is and if you think it might be for you. This book provides basic information, like eating clean and having a calorie deficit if you want to lose weight.
