    It has a lot of good techniques, but still there are other things that could be put into it. I would recommend actually doing a full course to get this.

When you ask someone about hypnosis, they often think of the old and very outdated image of someone waving a coin or watch in front of someone’s face, putting them in a trance.

Alternatively, they think of hypnotist shows, done for pure entertainment value for the audience. Everyone tends to have a different idea about what hypnosis is and how it is used. Hypnosis is very widely misunderstood by many, largely because of the media’s portrayal of hypnotists.

Hypnosis is very widely used by therapists as well as by performers. The basic principles are the same; it is how the hypnosis is used that differs. Some use it to entertain, which is good, harmless fun and always a crowd pleaser.

Others use it to help people. Therapists use hypnosis to help people overcome difficult situations, improve themselves, stop bad habits, and to overcome fears.

People can even use self-hypnosis for the purposes of self-improvement, overcoming bad habits, and curing insomnia. Hypnosis has a wide variety of uses.

However, there is another side to hypnosis and that is what this book is about. Conversational hypnosis, also called covert hypnosis, is hypnosis techniques practiced during regular interactions with other people, without them knowing about it. Typically, someone who is being hypnotized has volunteered for show or sought out a hypnotherapist. Hypnosis can be used subtly and to your advantage.
