      Since the publication of my pamphlets/books Let’s Use Free Speech to Unionize Accenture and Other Companies and Let’s Use Free Speech to Promote Unions at Accenture and Other Places, much has happened and I have learned much.

      Most significantly, I have experienced a paradigm shift realizing not all unions are the same. This paradigm shift empowers, enlightens, and edifies me.

      If you desire to unionize, I hope my experiences can benefit you. Maybe you can avoid making the same mistakes or encountering the same obstacles. Even if you don’t plan to unionize, I trust my experiences can help you become a better organizer and leader in whatever field of endeavor you find yourself.

      Like with much in life, you succeed unionizing when you keep digging.

      I now realize the first union I approached was the last union I should have approached: the AFL-CIO. The AFL-CIO referred me to the Communication Workers of America (CWA). As I mentioned in Let’s Use Free Speech to Promote Unions at Accenture and Other Places, the CWA rep didn’t help me and even told me to quit unionizing. So the CWA and AFL-CIO
