      A Note About the Use of the Word Crystal

      Crystal Cash is a practical folklore book based on ancient tradition. It is not a mineralogy textbook. Some of the most popular natural stones used in prosperity magick are not considered crystals by science. That's fine. We're not here to do science. We're here to do magick. So let's get started.

      Why You Need The Crystal Cash Prosperity System

      We know the law of attraction states that we tend to draw more of what we already have.

      And that's a problem for beginners trying money magick for the first time. We may be in desperate need of magickal help in the first place because we're overwhelmed by debt, bills, and a glaring lack of money.

      We need to draw abundance. And fast.

      But our lack attracts more lack instead.

      Here's where many spiritual advisers would tell us to cultivate gratitude. In theory, that's a great concept.

      Being genuinely grateful is evidence that we're living in abundance. And, under the magnetic law of attraction, our abundance pulls in even more abundance.

      In theory, anyway.

      In practice, unless you're already an advanced master, you're probably not going to outsmart the universe that easily. Can you really convince yourself – much less spirit – that you're living in gratitude when you're actually living in fear of the bill collector?

      If you're in a place where the practice of gratitude feels unbelievably false to you, imagine how it feels to spirit. Despite what the popular press would have you believe, meditation is not something you pick up in 15 minutes. It isn't a fancy substitute for a nap.

      Meditation is a practice – an advanced practice that rewards years of study. People do devote their lives to this, and it isn't because they're slow and stupid. It's because it takes time.

      But the rent, the student loan, and the credit card bills are due every month. You can't put your financial obligations on hold while you spend a few decades seeking enlightenment.

      That's where this little book of crystal lore comes in.

      Minerals are physical entities that grew in the earth for millions of years. As Madonna might have said, they're material beings in a material world. They're not offended by someone seeking after flashy, pretty things.

      They will not exhort you to focus on the higher mind.

      In fact, they're perfectly happy to be adored as flashy, pretty things themselves.

      You may be imperfect. Your thoughts may be scattered.
