    Klaus Friedrich is an Emeritus Professor at the Institute for Composite Materials (IVW GmbH), Technical University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. He also contributes to international committees and conferences related to composite materials and has received numerous awards and honors throughout his prolific research career.
