About this series
Katherine McAndrews has escaped the perils of New York along with her “temporary” older sister, Natasha Nikulina, and her seneschal--bodyguard, Anni Laaksonen Tovari and is now heading to the west coast; San Francisco, California to be exact, after learning that her cousin, the “mayor” of the Castro Neighborhood, Samantha Mitchell is now the new target of her rival, Lisle DePaul. After finding her cousin, thanks to an explosion off a clothing store, the inhabitants of the neighborhood (and the entire city) are now trapped within a orange-electric dome like structure, with no way to escape and which provides endless amount of wintry cold fun.
Wonderful.
To add to this hysteria, both a powerful sea witch and a Chinese sorceress have mentioned to Katherine of who, exactly, blew up the clothing store, but have kept that information under wraps since it seems that this information would be too much for Katherine to handle. Katherine already has too much to handle: a powerful royal monarch from Linkutoko has landed and has aligned herself with Lisle. Can Katherine save her cousin, stop the monarch, stop Lisle’s plan and save the city before all fear engulfs the state and the country itself?

After the destruction of San Francisco and her home country of Ireland at the hands of Lisle DePaul, Katherine McAndrews has vowed revenge against her rival. Unfortunately, to implement more torture, his next target is Katherine’s true older sister, Jessie, who was rumored to be in Japan. Along with “temporary” older sister Natasha Nikulina and seneschal Anni Laaksonen Tovari, Katherine goes after him. Then it begins. A zombie-like virus has spread throughout the city of Tokyo and Katherine must race against time in hopes that it won’t spread all over the country. With the rumor of a vampire in the area and a blood-loving axe murderer on the scene, things can go from bad to worse in a hurry. Made even worse, when there are more secrets about Linkutoko that no one is telling Katherine about, even with her being the princess of Southern Linkutoko. Incomprehensible secrets. Now Katherine and co. must survive the onslaught long enough to find Jessie, solve the secrets, and stop Lisle at all costs. Even if it kills them.
- Insanity of the Black Sheep
All Katherine McAndrews wanted was a tutor for her upcoming exam. Sounds fairly easy to obtain right? Instead the tutor, gothic stoic girl Muchiko Kisaragi has involved Katherine in a devious plan to try and find her sister Harumi Kisaragi after a gruesome murder in a Chicago anime convention. After finding out that Harumi’s next target is a popular teen idol in Russia, Katherine and Muchiko convince the idol’s best friend, Natasha Nikulina to go with them. Their arrival in Europe does not go well with the locals; especially when the majority of the locals get killed using unusual punishments from the Bible. From evil frogs, a huge earthquake, and tons of explosions, the trio will have to go through Harumi’s own Biblical tortures in order to track her down. When they discover Harumi’s actual plan for the continent’s inhabitants however, the trio must hurry or Europe could be stained in blood forever.
- Anxiety of the White Lion
Katherine McAndrews has helped foil a dangerous terroristic plot against a mad rebellious female scientist, Harumi Kisaragi, in destroying the continent of Europe. You would think that after something like that, evil would get the message and leave you alone. Unfortunately for evil, there is no such thing as rest, even when you did save a continent from apocalyptic destruction. An unexpected disaster in a convention in New York City has Katherine in arms against her rival, the sly and sneaky Lisle DePaul. Along with her best friend and “temporary older sister,” rich Russian Natasha Nikulina and somewhat military analyst Julie Francóre, Katherine goes to investigate. What she finds out is something she’s used to, but not yet comprehended: Evil’s own version of a warm welcome. To make things even more fun, a bookseller tells Katherine that everyone is after her Moon earrings, the ones she got for her birthday a year ago and that they make her really “special.” Even better: the ones who are after her look as though they aren't from around the country.....much less from the same planet. And how does Lisle know a whole lot about Katherine than she does all of a sudden? Now Katherine and Co. now must do battle with Lisle’s “army” all over the city. Lisle however, has something even big planned for the country itself. If Katherine doesn't stop him soon, New York City and even the United States could be in for a disaster not seen in a very, very long time.
