      It was the first day of May and the year was 2089. The three large players on the world market, the USA, the UCE and the latest one, the Asian giant UAR, were having their yearly disagreement meeting. Today it was the cloaking devices that had taken the biggest slice of their allotted meeting time.

      The USA office, the United States of America, had no idea what the complainants were about as all countries were using cloaking devices and has been doing so for more than fifty years now.

      The UCE, United Countries of Europe, had for once the same opinion as the USA.

      The UAR, United Asian Republics. Had started the complaint by showing a film proving that there was something driven by an electrical current that had at several occasions been over an area strictly prohibited to all surveillance equipment’s. And had done so for several years. And this, whatever it was, had been stealing trade secrets from UAR.

      "It had after a lot of quibbling been agreed. That the first country that heard anything about this invisible cloaking device that could from an empty sky steal information from anywhere in the world. This country should if they didn't inform their leading organization, be struck from their membership. From that organization where they were a member. And for twenty years not be allowed to belong to any trade organization in the world.
