Captivated by the recruitment process and how people describe themselves, she believes that job seekers deserved honest advice and a support system for success if their resume or interview skills are unlikely to land them the job they want. Blandu rose to a top management position with the nation’s leading residential staffing and consulting firm, where she worked with hundreds of families each year. Her first career was in the hospitality industry, working with the leading brand in luxury lodging, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. (The Ritz-Carlton is the only service company in America that has won the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award twice, and it was named the best company in the nation for employee training by Training Magazine.) Blandu attended the company’s award-winning training programs and earned several certifications in the positions she held.
