As a working wife and mother of two, getting dinner on the table some nights seems like a chore. However, the author of this book developed these recipes and adapted them to a short prep time, with longer worry-free baking times. There are a variety of casseroles, most of which are her family's favorites, that can be eaten as the main dish, with a one dish cleanup.

Introduction
There are a wide variety of casserole recipes that you can choose from in this book, featuring 101 of the best casserole recipes ever. The first chapter features beef, either steak or ground beef, as the main ingredient in the casseroles. Most of these dishes are considered to be main dishes, while you may find one or two that can be used as a side dish.
Chapter 2 focuses on chicken and turkey casserole recipes, most of which are main dishes and very hearty. In Chapter 3, you will find ham, pork and lamb casserole dishes, which are perfect for any meal. In Chapter 4 you will discover that there is more to seafood casseroles than just tuna noodle casserole, as it incorporates many different kinds of seafood, including crab and fish fillets.
Chapter 5 could be entitled side dishes, but instead deserves the title of vegetable casseroles, as many of these could be eaten as a main dish. You will find a variety of different vegetables, from green beans and potatoes to corn and broccoli.

STUFFED CABBAGE CASSEROLE
1 Pound ground beef
1/3 Cup chopped onion
4 Cups chopped cabbage
1 Green pepper, diced
1 Cup instant rice, uncooked
1 Cup water
6 Ounces tomato paste
14 ½ Ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
½ Cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon salt
¼ Teaspoon garlic powder
½ Teaspoon pepper
Brown ground beef with onion in a large skillet, until no longer pink. Drain excess fat. Transfer to a crockpot, adding in
