    Chapter 1: Oh so Awesome Breakfast Meals

    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Without eating a proper breakfast meal, you would certainly feel tired and spent even if you haven’t done enough for the day. To prevent that from happening, you have to try these awesome dishes below!

    1. Sunshiny Omelet

    (Makes 2 servings)

    (Start your day right with an amazing and warm omelet that’s sure to keep you pumped for the day!)

    Ingredients:

    —1 tsp olive oil

    —2 large range-free eggs, scrambled

    —2 green onions, diced

    —2 small organic tomatoes

    —1 cup fresh spinach leaves

    —½ fresh avocado, sliced into small pieces

    Directions:

    —In a non-stick pan, heat some oil and sauté the onions until they are tender.

    —Add the eggs and cook for 2 minutes in low heat before adding the rest of the ingredients.

    —Fold the omelet and flip it. Cook until eggs are well-done.

    —Serve and enjoy!

    —1 avocado

    —Macon slices

    —1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, minced

    —1 Tbsp red onion, minced

    —4 eggs

    Directions:

    —Cook the bacon until it is crispy. While the bacon is cooking, crack the avocado open. Remove the pit, and then scoop the flesh out and place it in a bowl. Mash until it reaches your desired
