    Most authors on this subject will tell you similar things, but everyone has unique experiences. This is what I give to you - My experience over the past 30 years of managing real estate properties, mostly my own.

    About the Author

    As the author, I have over 23 years of full-time Real Estate experience in Property Management, Residential Sales, Commercial Sales and Commercial Leases.

    I currently teach clients and potential clients how to identify, purchase and manage their investment property from beginning to end, and all the in-betweens, to ensure a steady source of passive income. Passive income is defined as unearned income, whereby, you don’t have to be present to earn it.
