Don't post copies of the book on warez sites, your website, USENET, or other online fora.

Do feel free to quote short bits of this book in your blog, newsletter, review, and so on. Ask permission if you want to quote more than about three pages, please.

Don't get together with your friends and conspire to post the entire book spread across twenty blogs.

Don't post or publish an annotated copy of the entire book.
