About this ebook

In "The Immense Power of the Divine Breathing Method," Masami Saionji explains how this unique breathing method and its corresponding IN (mudra) help us to align ourselves with our inner divine nature and receive the universal life-energy in order to heal ourselves and uplift others. Her message "A Change of Consciousness for Each Individual" and Masahisa Goi's article "Why Is Prayer Needed?" both give timely advice on living in a world beset with conflict and division. Also features "My Life is a Good Life" by Yuka Saionji, "Finding the Buds of Divinity" by Maki Saionji, and "Perfect Me, Imperfect Me" by Rika Saionji, as well as a report on Yuka Saionji's participation in the Parliament of the World's Religions in October 2015.

    Daily Reflections

    by Masami Saionji

In everything we do, we must first sow the seeds, or there will be no harvest.

    dr_design

When our sacred consciousness has been re-ignited, human beings will live with respect and reverence for all that exists in great nature.

    dr_design

No matter what others might recommend to us, saying how enjoyable, meaningful, and wonderful it is, if we venture to do things that we do not wish to do, it creates an unfulfilled space in our mind where something unanticipated can appear. Honestly following our own intuition is always the best path.

    dr_design

Divinely conscious people who can truly take pride in the value of their existence are living guideposts who unconsciously demonstrate a noble way of living.

    dr_design

If we live in a way that is in discord with nature, truth, and the universal law, it will inevitably bring about obstacles that hinder the free flow of our life.

    dr_design

When we honestly and sincerely devote ourselves to something we like, we ignite the light-filled energy within us.

    dr_design

For as long as we are alive, let us do all we can to refrain from sending out thoughts of fear and anxiety. Rather, let us remember that everything that happens around us is part of our guardian divinity’s plan to guide us to our true, original path, and accept it all with appreciation.

A Change in Consciousness for Each Individual

    by Masami Saionji

Masami%20magazine%202.jpg To this day, ethnic and religious struggles, environmental pollution and unnatural disasters, famine, epidemics, oppression and national displacement continue to engulf the earth. The world is steeped in divisiveness and conflict, and all around us we can observe the dehumanization of the individual consciousness. If things go on in this way, what kind of future awaits humanity?

Faced with the breakdown of social and environmental stability, people are feeling frustrated and confused. And through force of habit, we keep trying to identify the culprit. Someone has to be to blame. Someone has to be at fault. Here, I would like to emphatically state that none of the ills that afflict ourselves and the earth are created by others, nor do they originate outside
