The immune system is the way in which your body fights off bacteria, germs and the potential illnesses and other health problems which can result from exposure to these pathogens. As this system helps you fight off common illnesses and germs every day, the immune system - like other systems in the body – can operate at maximum capacity when supported through personal action.
Through eating healthy foods, exercising and taking super supplements such as MMS, good health can be achieved and maintained.
Most people consider having good health as one of the core foundational requirements for maintaining a productive and high quality life. Without good health, there are many limitations on not only the quality of life, but the quantity of what you can do. Good health on the other hand, is the key to being best able to work, take care of family and enjoy all that life has to offer. Accordingly, things which support optimal health through a boosted immune system are highly desirable.
Natural methods which boost immunity include eating good foods and spices, exercise, etc. For instance, vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, and kale are excellent supports for improving immune system functions. These foods do this by providing the body with nutrients such as beta-carotene (a preliminary form of Vitamin A) which are important for creating white blood cells. White blood cells are those cells in the body that are responsible for fighting off germs, battling infections or other illnesses.

Survival Guide For Beginners - Prepper Survival Project
Chapter 1: Disaster, Catastrophes, Calamities
The question is not whether we are safe from disasters. No one can be sure about that. Disasters can struck anytime and anyone. You are outside and could be hit by a storm or worse; a lightning strike. The comfort of your home can turn into panic if a fire erupts. Given the relative element of safety, you need to be well-prepared for any untoward happenings.
Let us define disaster first. Catastrophe, tragedy, and calamity. These three words spark fears and for the right reasons. Hearing or reading these words should alarm us. No?
What could be the worst disasters? Earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods and tsunamis are the worst natural disasters. Fires caused by natural or human causes are equally deadly. Even aggression is a disaster. It could lead to fatal outcomes.
Some cities are said to be doomed. New Orleans has a higher chance of getting hit by cyclones than New York. Oklahoma is in the tornado alley but New England isn’t. It is in their genes. Or in the geological formation in which they are sitting.
Take the example of San Francisco. The city by the bay straddles the San Andreas Fault. The next big earthquake is waiting to happen any time. Has it been drained of people who ran away to safety? No. SF is a bustling city. People know the risks and still accept it as part of life. People in Indonesia and Sri Lanka have rebuilt their homes at the same places where the tsunami struck them.
What about aggression? It is not a natural disaster. Aggression is the product of people who hurt others for personal, religious or social motives. They crave for violence and try to mete it out to anyone who dares cross their
