The author of this book is by no means an expert in the field of medicine, but does have the knowledge to educate individuals on vitamin D. Suffering from an unknown vitamin D deficiency, Jamie has spent many years studying and learning about vitamin D and vitamin D deficiency from the time of diagnosis.
