THE PEAK ERECTILE STRENGTH DIET
What’s an Orgasmatarian? It’s someone who eats to improve his erectile strength and bedroom performance. Now that may seem narrow and shallow, but the practical truth is that your erectile health and general health go together – you cannot separate the two. If your erections are strong, the odds are good that your general health is as well.
Consider this: the risk factors for erectile dysfunction – inflammation, triglycerides, cholesterol, hypertension, low testosterone, hypertension, diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, insulin resistance – are all big risk factors for heart disease and/or cancer as well. FOOD AS MEDICINE
For most of you reading this, it would be better if you forgot everything you have learned about food. If you live in a modern, industrialized society, I can assure that most of what you have been taught will slowly destroy your libido, erections, energy levels and cardiovascular system.
