About this ebook
This not about saying: “Einstein was wrong”. Einstein’s General Relativity (GR) put forward extraordinary predictions of light bending, gravitational redshift and perihelion drift, which all have been confirmed, leading to the theory’s undisputable and well-deserved success. Nevertheless, Einstein was not satisfied, he insisted on some underlying Aether to account for his theory.
This is about trying to do just that, to explain relativity and gravity from some underlying medium.
From a revised Aether understanding, by assuming particles are wave-like structures of some underlying medium, explanations emerge, including gravity, light bending etc., where observations are distorted so that we measure things relatively, while behind the scene “the straight line is straight and time runs steadily forward”. However, from the model, under extreme mass concentrations, a few predictions differ from General Relativity.
Derived from High School math only.
Can it be coincidences only?
