About this ebook

A Muslim time traveler from Dubai called Hamza goes back in time with the intent of wiping out Christianity by killing all the early saints. His first target is St. Paul and he is to kill Paul when he arrives on the island of Malta in 60 AD. Hamza is successful in killing Paul but before he can move on to the next saint on his list he is captured by the Roman Garrison Commander of Malta.

After being subjected to an intense interrogation Hamza manages to escape back to his own time. He arrives back in Dubai only to find the Roman Empire never fell. As he arrives back the daily Roman iron ore ship from Jupiter’s moon Ganymede blocks out the sunlight as it descends into Dubai Spaceport; it is one kilometer wide by four kilometers long.

There is no Christianity here and Hamza rejoices because he has somehow been successful. His joy is short lived however because there is no Islam on this world either. Hamza must find out why Islam disappeared and then he must go back and fix the consequences of his actions and this needs to be done very, very quickly before the ripples coming forward in time from 60 AD block out all chances of changing this new future.

Your Mission is to go Back in Time and Kill Saint Paul on Malta

Hamza stared out of the window of his office in Dubai. In the distance he could see the Burj al Arab hotel, the only 7 star hotel in the world. Hamza was lost in thought as he stared over the water at the hotel.

Hamza tell me why are you not working. His boss, Alia Nashed glared at him from the open doorway. Hamza was an ardent follower of the Prophet. Not only did it bother him to be given orders from a woman, it bothered him even more that he found that same woman incredibly attractive. The fact that she was unattainable for a man of his social status made things almost unbearable. It also bothered him that she was almost ten years younger than him and her office was three times the size of his.

I am sorry Alia, Hamza said. He buried his head in his work, his face red.

Without another word Alia left the office. Hamza watched her as she left; admiring what he could of her figure through the modest clothes she wore.

Once work was over Hamza hurried to the evening meeting of the Muslim prayer group he attended. The group took up nearly all his time, a fact which made him feel guilty that he did not spend enough time with his wife, Jameela and his children. It was also a cold hard fact that the huge amounts of time he spent at the prayer group had cut into his ability to get promoted at work but this was something he was blinded to. He was excited; tonight there would be a guest speaker from the Saudi Kingdom. Hamza had been told that they specifically wanted to speak to him although he couldn’t imagine why.

The meeting went well. The lead Saudi who was called Fahad, gave a fired up, strongly religious presentation in which he talked about the menace of infidels to the Arab world. The talk was well received by the group. As the evening wore on the meeting closed and members drifted away. Hamza stayed behind as he had been instructed. Abdul-Aleem, the group leader came up to Hamza.

Hamza, the men from the Saudi Kingdom have an important task for you. This is what we have all trained for. Your task is so important and so secret that even I am not allowed to know what it is. If they ask you to lay down your life for Islam then you must do so. Anything they say to you can never leave this room. Do you understand?

Hamza nodded. Abdul-Aleem, I will be proud to serve, he said.

At that moment the door opened. Four Saudis came into the room. Hamza noted that one of the Saudis was carrying a video camera which made him wonder whether he would be coming back from the special task they had for him.

The man named Fahad spoke first. Hamza, we have been told by Abdul-Aleem that you are intelligent, brave and reliable. We have a very important task for a man like that. Are you ready to serve Islam?

Hamza stood straight and tall. I am ready Fahad. Tell me what you need me to do.

With that, the Saudi named Fahad laid out an incredible plan to Hamza. It seemed that the Saudis had been spending huge amounts of money on research. Fahad told Hamza that they now had a working time machine. It was a working prototype and they had pushed the boundaries until it was possible to go back two thousand years.

Fahad realized the significance immediately. You want me to go back and assassinate Jesus Christ, he said.

No, Fahad said. You will be assassinating a man but it will not be Jesus Christ. There are two reasons why it will not be Jesus. The first reason is that the Jews never believed that Jesus was the Messiah. They believed as Muslims do that Jesus was a rabbi or a prophet. Christianity was never a problem in Israel. It was only when Christianity reached Greece and Rome that it began to spread like a cancer. Your task will be to stop that spread. For the next two weeks you will study intensively with us so that you can blend in. You must tell no one what you are doing. Officially you will be our guide around Dubai. In actual fact we will be instructing you in your mission. You will not know your mission until just before you are about to leave. Do you have any questions Hamza?

Just one question, said Hamza. What was the second reason that the target will not be Jesus Christ?

It was plain that Fahad was uncomfortable with what he was about to say. "When we discussed the right target back in Saudi, there were many that thought that Jesus should be the target. I voted for that myself. We were
