About this ebook

Mike Strong had just made himself a sandwich with scrambled egg and bacon, and a good helping of mayonnaise when his phone rang. It was his good friend Paul Winter that wanted to invite him to a party. Of course, I'll be there Mike said. When he arrived at Winter's residence, the place was full of cars. Mike had to park on the grass together with several other vehicles. Coming inside the Winter's house, there was every relative you could imagine. After a while, he noticed Linda Hower and succeeded to get sits for both of us. Linda, of course, asked how I felt, and about my work. I told her I really didn't feel good at all. It is not the flu or something like that, I just feel depressed. With you here Linda I should feel happy, but I can't. Then on Monday morning the two of us has to visit your doctor, said Linda. Depression can be dangerous and should be dealt with right away. Can I come with you to the doctor? Of course, Linda should I pick you up on the way to the doctor? Yes please, Mike, that would be nice. At the doctor, Mike was given some new medication for depression. That he took right away. When he phoned up the Winters, he was told that Paul had been taken to hospital for a heart attack. It took five days before Paul could come home, the doctor sent some extra pain medication with him. An elderly couple that lived close to the Winters, came over and asked how it was with Paul. Paul got extremely angry and told his parents that in the future, send them to me. A week later this old couple was found dead in their home. The same with a lady that had given Paul a bad time at work, was found dead. Then one day Paul told Mike that he was pissed off about his girlfriend, and he had his mind set to take care of her. A few days later even Paul's girlfriend was found dead. And Paul was arrested. Without any proof, they had to let him go. The real murderer was apprehended a few days later. The cause, extreme side effects.

Mike Strong had just made himself a sandwich with scrambled egg, bacon, and a good helping of mayonnaise, and a cup of coffee, of course. He was sitting all alone in his home reflecting on the day’s happenings, while he was putting sugar and cream into his coffee. It was his best friend and buddy, Paul Winter, that wanted to invite him to a get-together at his parent’s house, to celebrate his younger brother’s birthday, and his brother’s engagement to his girlfriend Emma.

Sure Paul, I’ll be around. At what time do you want me over?

I know I’m calling a bit late, but can you make it over here in forty-five minutes? Paul said in an apologetic voice.

Sure Pal, I’ll take a quick shower, then I’ll be right over. Should I bring something for Bill, or his girlfriend?

No Mike, I have so many presents to both, I put your name on at least two. See you when you arrive Mike.
