PREFACE

How could a scientist overturn a 160 years old reigning theory that is being supported by many scientists around the world? The normal reply would be, Just overturn it. Some of you might say that it would be very difficult and almost impossible. However, that kind of phenomena in our naturalistic science, of replacing an old theory with new theory, was not new. It has been done by Galileo, by Newton, by Einstein, or by Darwin etc. - this time, by me. Since naturalistic science is always looking for new explanations in natural world, thus, overturning one theory, even though this theory may be in 160 years of existence, is not impossible. It would be very possible but it would be very difficult.

Many scientists had toppled and replaced (or upgraded) many scientific theories, laws, discoveries, explanations and evidences with newly discovered facts and evidences.

In this book, you will see how Intelligent Design had toppled and replaced the Theory of Evolution (ToE), thus "SAYONARA, Theory Of Evolution. If you are a biologist or have degree of its related field, this book is for you. If you love to read the replacement to ToE, this book is for you. If you are searching or looking for the replacement of ToE in biological science, this book is for you. If you are curious on what would be the replacement" of ToE if this theory is overturned/toppled, this book is for you. If you are looking for scientific alternative to evolution, this book is for you. However, even though you will ignore this book for now, since Biological Interrelation will be the only choice of our naturalistic science for biology, thus, encountering this book again in the near future is very possible. It is only a matter of time.

In Chapter 1. This chapter will show you how our real scientists conduct science – real science. The same technique that had been used in dethroning ToE. This chapter also will tell you how Intelligent Design could replace an erroneously reigning theory by the discovery of the categorization process of all X in the entire natural realm. This powerful categorization process/method that had been discovered by Intelligent Design will be the "Samurai Sword" that will cut and uproot the erroneous theory that Darwin had initiated – the Theory of Evolution (ToE).

Chapter 2. By using the categorization method in science, this chapter will show you a different version or view of the obvious explanations that you had heard before, been taught before, had accepted, and had believed that were erroneously explained by our best scientists, from the time of Darwin until now. While probably wiggling your head of disbelief and awe in reading this book, you will surely know how a powerful classification method could clear and settle many erroneous explanations from our current biological scientists and their related fields.

Chapter 3. Replacing a reigning theory requires not only an explanations but also experiment so that anybody could repeat, rebut, confirm, and falsify the new explanation or new proposed theory or hypothesis in biological science. An experiment is worth a million explanations.

Chapter 4. This chapter discusses the new replacement in biological science with the help of science, of engineering, intelligence, categorization method and Intelligent Design . This is how the new theory nailed the ToE, unseated ToE, and replaced ToE in its position in biological science and even in biological world. ToE has nothing to do with/in biological world will be the next popular slogan in our current generation.

Chapter 5. This chapter is the continuation of the explanation of Biological Interrelation, as it explores all the mechanisms that belongs to it. This chapter also compares the mechanisms of biological evolution to biological interrelation.

Chapter 6. Since all living organisms have all biological structures, thus, the topic of engineering is very important in this chapter. In this chapter, you will see how ToE has become a dangerous and useless idea in engineering. That if the principles of ToE are applied in real engineering world, humanity will be wiped out instantly in the face of the earth.

Chapter 7. Although ToE had already been unseated, this chapter had given ToE a best shot of its defense in its 160 years of existence before ToE will turn into non-existence.

Chapter 8. This chapter discusses the predictions and deductions from Biological Interrelation as it unseats ToE in biological science. It includes all possible predictions of Biological Interrelation, some were old and some are new. This chapter also differentiates ToE to the new proposed theory in biological science, the Biological Interrelation.

Chapter 9. This chapter compares the old and the new theory in a scientific criterion, to scientific arena in biological world.

Chapter 10. This is one of the most controversial chapters in this book. This chapter explains the possibility of an Intelligent Agent by the power of categorization method that has been discovered by Intelligent Design .

Chapter 11. This chapter discusses the possibility that Jesus Christ as one candidate for the position of being the Intelligent Designer or Agent in biological world.

This book is a textbook, handbook and manual for Biological Interrelation. There are more topics to be discussed in biological world but this book had limited its explanation to the main important topics only in replacing the Theory of Evolution (ToE).

CHAPTER 1.

FOCUSING SCIENCE

One of the most amazing discoveries of the new Intelligent Design is that not only can categorize any X (as object) in the entire universe but can also categorize a process - a process that we can observe, test and verify in nature. This kind of categorization method is new to science since Intelligent Design has discovered it when Intelligent Design had discovered the real intelligence in naturalistic science. In naturalistic science, the newly discovered real intelligence has this pattern, X + X’ + or problem-solution-solution and it will be discussed here later. (To know how Intelligent Design arrived in the conclusion that real intelligence follows a problem-solution-solution principle, I ask you to read the book, The New Intelligent Design published in Amazon e-Kindle Department by the same author.) This categorization method will set a boundary line between an intelligent process and intelligently designed object (intellen) to natural process and naturally designed object (naturen). Naturalistic science is begging to know or discover this boundary line or pattern of any X in nature to settle the 2000 years old problem of the topic of origins that humanity is begging/pleading to be answered by naturalistic science. The topic of origins has a greatest implication in the destiny and future of humanity and every individual. This book will settle the origin topic in biology.

If in the current biological science, we have taxonomy – a science of identifying and classifying all living organisms. I proposed now a new, different branch or field of science, which is called Eventonomy. Eventonomy is under the umbrella of Intelligent Design .

"Eventonomy – a science of identifying and classifying an event, phenomenon, or process, by using intelligence".

Intelligent Design is defined as

Intelligent Design is a scientific study of events, objects or systems or the combination of them (X) in the whole natural world by using the principles of intelligence.

The principles of the real intelligence that was discovered by Intelligent Design are:

Principle 1. The Principle of Asymmetry

Principle 2. The Principle of Reinforcement or Support

Principle 3. The Principle of Importance

Principle 4. The Principle of Simultaneity of or in Time

Principle 5. The Principle of Applied Knowledge

Principle 6. The Principle of Success or Independence

Principle 7. The Principle of Existence, Survival, Success, and Life

Principle 8. The Principle of Determinism

The difference between the two is that Intelligent Design is the main body that discusses the whole aspects in science that deals specifically with both tangible and non-tangible matters (X) while Eventonomy is the branch of Intelligent Design that deals specifically with non-tangible matters.

To illustrate further, here is one example: the division of cell. If intelligence is used in that topic, two explanations could be derived. One explanation comes from Intelligent Design which touches the topic of cell and uses the principles of intelligence while the topic of division will be discussed by Eventonomy, by using the principles of intelligence, too. To be specific in science, since the whole universe is too big, we can use both or just one approach. For simplistic approach, Intelligent Design alone is used. By the discovery of real intelligence, any scientist can easily classify all processes and events in the entire universe (entire natural realm) - by naturalistic methodology in science.

We normally categorize living organisms in biology by using Taxonomy, as originated by Carl Linnaeus. But our categorization had failed (but not totally failed) in the very basic unit of the living organism - the species level because our biology today could never come up with any definition of species that could be used to categorize and characterize all living organisms in one summation of basic unit for classification. Species is defined as any organisms that can mate and reproduce but how about the asexual organisms? Science had to come up with another, new additional explanation or new definition of species by basing on different criteria.

Thus, in replacing and dethroning of the Theory of Evolution, the use of categorization process/method from Intelligent Design is always expected to be used in all explanations in this book. To summarize the categorization process or method:

Intelligently designed object (X) = X + X’ +…..or intellen

Naturally designed object (X) = X…………..or naturen,

in where X is the object in study and X’ is any support, reinforcement or back-up to X, which means an intellen has two or more X’, while naturen has no X’. To continue the explanation, here is a copy of that news taken from Internet:

"Governor Bill Haslam allowed Tennessee's House Bill 368 to become law without his signature on April 10, 2012, according to the Memphis Commercial Appeal (April 10, 2012). The law encourages teachers to present the scientific strengths and scientific weaknesses of topics that arouse debate and disputation such as biological evolution, the chemical origins of life, global warming, and human cloning.

In a statement, Haslam explained, I have reviewed the final language of HB 368/SB 893 and assessed the legislation's impact. I have also evaluated the concerns that have been raised by the bill. I do not believe that this legislation changes the scientific standards that are taught in our schools or the curriculum that is used by our teachers. However, I also don't believe that it accomplishes anything that isn't already acceptable in our schools. The bill received strong bipartisan support, passing the House and Senate by a three-to-one margin, but good legislation should bring clarity and not confusion. My concern is that this bill has not met this objective. For that reason, I will not sign the bill but will allow it to become law without my signature. [01]

One poster, of the Internet forum in CARM, had posted an image (Figure 01) when this topic was discussed about Tennessee’s new alternative theory. The figure was posted in the online discussion forum since many people believed that the Theory of Evolution was poised to be replaced by religious leaders in the opposing camps. Which means that there are really a fierce debate between the proponents of ToE and the other camps. Since this book deals with the new theory in Biology, thus, the timing of its release is perfect.

In continuation, two scientific stories that had happened actually in our scientific community (and they were part of our history) will be included here as analogical examples.

One story was the discovery of Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB). Here is the story:

"In 1960, Bell Labs built a 20-foot horn-shaped antenna in Holmdel, NJ to be used with an early satellite system called Echo. The intention was to collect and amplify radio signals to send them across long distances, but within a few years, another satellite was launched and Echo became obsolete.2

With the antenna no longer tied to commercial applications, it was now free for research. Penzias and Wilson jumped at the chance to use it to analyze radio signals from the spaces between galaxies.3 But when they began to employ it, they encountered a persistent noise of microwaves that came from every direction.
