About this ebook
I too WAS A VICTIM OF BULLYING but I GET OUT!
Why can bullying develop and some young people end up developing a form of addiction, be it alcohol, drugs or emotional?
Nobody will tell you that the fault is an inner emptiness and everyone is left to himself ...
You know that sense of listlessness that you carry on while you go to school?!
Fortunately, however, that a simple book, which you can also read on your mobile phone, can open your eyes and make you stronger!
(I didn't have this luck ...)
Why do you have this emptiness?
Because you lack some basic concepts that society does not transmit, which are not written in school books ... but in this simple ebook there are the solutions!
By spreading even his vision on life, it makes pupils (bullies or victims) and teachers think and will help reduce bullying and addictions because it will make everyone feel "in the same boat"!
"What will you find?"
After this reading, you will have a broader vision that will reduce that "doubt" and that "emptiness" of those who still ignore it!
Despair arises from not having much choice, but we choose for 'selective blindness', which depends on knowledge;
so If you broaden your knowledge and if you broaden your vision, you will reduce despair, otherwise you will always stay there!
This is the difference between staying desperate and depressed and changing for the better!
If it has already been successful, why ignore it?
The power of change is in your hand, now!
YOU make a difference too! You can inform yourself and spread the message!

Scholastic books - bullying, addiction - Leonardo Boscarato
BIBLOGRAPHY,
PREFACE
I wrote this little work with the aim to help pupils and teachers, the social problems of bullying and the different dependencies, together with the factor of attention school.
Based on my experience as a student victim, to let drug companies, various readings and meditations, I found the cause of this: according to my reasoning, it all depends mainly on the lack of awareness and the environment in which modern young people grow , with many factors morally harmful.
I recommend reading this guide slowly because, although it seems a little chat in its text form, will give you something to think about if you want to have a total understanding of the content and will engage in 'the event you would like to deepen; that's why, in addition to proposing solutions related to spirituality, (at first glance very trivial to many, but that would have an enormous potential globally if they were applied), I also offer a panoramic external to the problem: the world is complex and various factors are the cause of good and evil of society, including derives bullying and dependencies.
I’m ranging over, therefore, also with larger arguments outside of us and of some significance, which could shock you and make your head spin
investing you in much thought, since you'll likely need to take stock of the situation at the end of reading!
However, the book is short and suitable for everyone, students, teachers, parents, poor and rich, giving you my vision neutral and universal of our reality, in my impartial
opinion.
I hope to be of service and that there excite curiosity on the topics mentioned, deepening them in your own research, as well as improving the school environment: your own life will become a school if you read and meditate on your own, seeking, day by day, what which sets you free and satisfied.
Happy reading and evolution!
AUTHOR'S NOTE ON BULLYING:
my experience and reflection years later.
I, Leonardo Boscarato, in the years when I was the victim of offenses in school, I have always wondered what would generate bullying: quiet on my own, I saw some that I took aim and gave vent. Inside me I felt both rage and sorrow for them, and someone, after time, I apologized, noting that in the end, even he, had been a bad boy. Now I cherish no grudge but then I was choking and I was locked up in the house: I was depressed and after adolescence I became arrogant.
I isolated myself from the world and I refuge in video games and in my thoughts.
Only years later I realized how I had attracted bullies; besides having stuttering and stature, it was because inside me I felt superior, (too reflective, philosophical, with a tendency to make the wise guy) and everything made me dislike: I, I thought good and quiet (and I have always been, and I felt wiser than most people my age), I was the first to offend unconsciously comrades! With my way know it alls
, the others felt snubbed
