Chapter 1
Deep inside a minecraft cave, well below the surface of the Overworld lives an unusual collection of mobs. Now you may say that any collection of mobs is unusual and you may be right, but this particular collection is very different. Different how you ask, well let me tell you.
The usual minecraft mob is a lovable but one-dimensional character that stumbles around with just one thing on its mind, catching and killing Steve. Not so, our mobs, in fact these mobs have never even heard of Steve. These mobs are leftovers from the Beta version of minecraft that Notch so loving crafted all those years ago.
What, you don't know about the Beta version? Really kids, I thought everyone had heard of minecraft Beta, but I guess not. Herobrine, yeah you've heard of him, well where do you think he came from?
Yep, now you are starting to catch up, Herobrine came from minecraft Beta. Some say he escaped into the Overworld, others claim that Notch released him just to have a little fun, but whatever the reason for him showing up his origins are firmly rooted in minecraft Beta.
BUT this is not his story, this is the story of the mobs.
When Notch first started working on Minecraft he spent many late hours designing new creatures, playing with ideas until he came up with all the characters we know and love today.
When he had perfected a mob he would place it in the underground cave system he built for them and he would watch how they interacted with the other mobs. All good so far, BUT what Notch did not realize was that when he placed these creations underground, with no firm rules on how they were supposed in interact, they chose to live together, forming a small community. This would have all ended as soon as Steve turned up but this was the Beta version of minecraft and Steve was not introduced until later. These creatures were left to fend for themselves, developing their own community and when minecraft was fully developed Notch had all but forgotten about these guys.
BUT they did not forget, they continued to develop, to grow and evolve and they still exist today, deep underground, living their lives, oblivious to all the destruction in the Overworld. Totally unaware that they should be killing each other and hunting for Steve.
What, you don't believe me? The legends say that the only clue to their existence is a watch tower built beside a small temple, just across a small river from a Villager castle. Climb down the ladder, all the way to level 21, that's where the secret entrance is. If you don't die falling into the cave system you may get to meet these wondrous creatures. Anyway, this is their story.

Chapter 2
Yes, yes, yes! Just three days to go and it is looking perfect, thinks Alex, staring into the mirror and prodding at his cheek.
The reflection that stared back at him was anything but perfect, but who am I to judge seeing as I'm not a Zombie. Yep, you heard right, I said Zombie, and in his eyes, his puss filled green and putrid cheek was a thing of beauty.
If I time this right and my cheek falls off on stage I will bring the place down, how cool and gruesome would that be. Just imagine, I walk up on the stage and Mr Pepper introduces me, next we have
