SAMPLE EXCERPT:
“What was the creation process like?”
For ten years, For managed to acquire and discard inspirations one theme after another, which included silence, invention, anxiety, naiveté, absence, the difficulty of expressing love, and war. Lots of changes were also made on the characters, settings and plot, all in trying to follow his instincts. The goal was to write a book he would want to read rather than what he would want to write. It never occurred to him to ask what was deemed smart by many, but only what to him felt genuine. Numerous themes floated to the surface and he didn't try to stick to them. There are characters that on their own accord became more vivid than the others, but if they chose to go, he would let them go.
This process finally led the whole into a working plot and he arrived at the 39th draft, with this last draft having nothing in common with the first one—not the characters, not the themes, not the plot. The process took more than 2,500 pages with only 400 of these managing to be the novel.

Don't miss out! It's highly recommended.

Bibliography
Foreword
A personal note from the editor…
What if…?
was the question that gave birth to Behind the Story Books.
When I pick up a book, from the first letter to the last, I am often completely enveloped in the novel - I'm laughing, rejoicing, fighting, and crying, side by side next to the characters. Even long after the book is finished, I found myself reminiscing about the scenes and characters over and over again in my head like a broken tape recorder – I was left high and very dry.
One particularly pleasant evening, after closing the last page to a wonderful story, I just HAD to find out everything about the book - how it was created, how it was developed, who the author was, - everything.
This sudden spurt of passion has led me to create and develop Behind the Story Books, to share with you - my fellow book lovers – a fan’s love for books. I hope you can see the love that went into the creation this book. Please enjoy this book and support Behind the Story Books. It is created for a fan, by a fan.
So without further ado, I present to you…
