What Are Adaptogens and What’s the Best Way to Use Them?
In 1969 Soviet scientist I.I. Brekhman, Ph.D. reported that the Soviet soldiers who took ginseng extract were able to run a faster in a 3 kilometer race than soldiers who were given a placebo or blank supplement.
