About this ebook

Your world has a commodity that is rarely found in the universe. The harvesters are here and they don't have your interests in mind. There is opposition and if you can get off the planet you might be safe until you realize that there is no way out.

Multiple generations have been born and died , a few have had what they were looking for. There is an aspect in this world that makes it valuable to those that know how to reap the rewards.
It is a society that has imported a religion to control the masses because if you can control them then the harvest goes up. If you are lucky you will get your own planet.
Few care about the consequences , Micheal does and he has a plan.

This novel is a work of fiction. Names, characters, events, incidents, and places are the product of the author’s imagination. Any resemblance to actual persons, people, or events is purely coincidental.

Michael's form hovered slightly above the floor. The alien sat in a chair directly in front of them. The room was in shadows except for the glow that emanated from Michael. That was enough to illuminate the aliens face as he sat waiting impatiently for a response.

Do you not have anything to say Michael? he said with an air of disgust.

Michael studied his face, patiently waiting for the words to form. He thought, all this illusion is difficult to maintain. It saps my strength and is making me appear weak.

Galvez, you know that this is not an easy matter. A lot of work has gone into the projections. You do not want to become a martyr any more than I do. You have to have some patience and give me some latitude. My superiors would exile you and me. I shudder to think what they would do to you.

It has taken too long already, Galvez said with a sneer.

My superiors will not be here for another twenty-six cycles. That gives us lots of time. This is a delicate process; everything must be prepared. Every detail worked out. If we fail.... Michael's voice trailed off.

How long have you been here Michael? Galvez asked him casually.

In what terms of reference would you like? Michael asked.

Galvez gave him a strange look. Reference? Okay, how about in terms related to this planet, the common solar cycle here.

14,386 solar years. One hundred twenty-six of my time cycles.

You came in at the project start then. You were probably present at the treaty signing. How many of your people can you trust on this? Galvez asked concerned.

The total is quite small, only fifteen. They are as committed as I am and will see this through to the end. The repercussions will not affect our judgment on this matter. You and I must put together this deal. The others will follow it to the letter.

Why do you not let me announce it to this world? That by far, is the simplest solution. I can bring the technology to this planet. I can show them how to use it, manufacture all the components, Gavin said evenly.

"You have already disrupted our previous agenda, by attempting to make your presence known. In the last sixty solar cycles here, you have flown your spaceships over the cities, making a spectacle of yourself. The governments on this planet have hushed it all up and reduced
