About this ebook

When Nikal saves a small, starving girl he finds outside after curfew, he inadvertently dooms his own brother who is blamed for his actions.

Racked with guilt, he knows that he must make amends, but no one in his family agrees. Only Mirka, the child he saved.

How can two children hope to stop their oppressors?

Perhaps the two children are not as alone as they think.
