      Excellent for Horse Crazy KidsThis is an excellent addition to an elementary library, perfect for all those horse crazy kids. The pictures are clear and gorgeous, and the text names the parts of a horse, pointing to each in the pictures. The text includes facts about the horse, such as color, personality, and size. The author tells the reader that even if they cannot own a horse right now, they can satisfy that interest by learning everything about one, and perhaps some day they can own a horse. Written on a third grade level, some high level second graders can enjoy it, too. Definitely a choice for my library. An AR test is available. Includes table of contents, glossary, for more information, and index. Received Galley from NetGalley.com
