    INTRODUCTION

    You're probably like most in that you've tried numerous times to get in shape over the years. Each new year, birthday, or perhaps a random Monday here and there signified the beginning. That magic day when you would finally start getting in shape. Maybe you would order that exercise program from a slick infomercial. Or maybe you'd join a gym, or simply run around the block. Perhaps you would stick with your program a few weeks and get on your diet a bit. Then something happens. You get sick or have to work late. There's something going on with the spouse, or the children, or the job, or the car. You miss one workout, then two, then a week, and so on. Ultimately, your half-hearted efforts are forgotten ... at least until the next new year, birthday, random Monday, etc. The cycle then starts all over.     A shockingly few will ever achieve the body they want.
