    Peking Petroleum CEO, Brad Moore, wants to drill Lala Island before the Carbon Bubble bursts, but he's got Bren Hannan, the Carbon Cop, on his tail. So he calls in Teck, the emotionally retarded trigger-man from Stormfront Security. And he hires the corporate spin doctor, Madeline Obst. But, Brad Moore doesn't know that Teck and Madeline have some history, and they don't play well together. Nor does he realise that Bren Hannan has hooked up with business-man Danny Lexion. While Danny doesn't care about the planet, he knows a good deal when he sees it; and butting heads with the oil industry is the best deal in town.
