    Plenty of people often find themselves living a life according to the rules of other people. We long to fit in and do things we should be doing as opposed to what we want to do. We do all of this because society believes it from us. Rarely do we spend too much time engaging in fun activities because we're too afraid people will look at us as frivolous individuals.

    However, what do you think is the outcome of this mindset? With a life like this, we end up living an unhappy and often a very anxious life.
