How to Experience Happiness and Well-Being Despite Migraine Pain

About this ebook
It is well-known that migraine sufferers can have a poor quality of life because of all the pain they endure and how hard their life can be living with the constant treat of migraine attacks. Actually, poor quality of life is usually comprised of experiencing disability, an inability to do things that you used to, and being unable to sleep well or exercise regularly. This is especially the case if we start to habitually experience migraines as if it is an intimate part of us. By reframing our pain, however, and the unpredictability of the migraine attacks through self-management, we can experience a better quality of life.
I have discovered that migraine sufferers can experience a good quality of life by rethinking their life and pacing themselves better. Naturally, we have to admit that on some level our life will never be the same because we are living with a debilitating illness. That kind of comes with the territory, doesn’t it? However, our life doesn’t have to be defined by our migraine attacks and some of the secondary side effects of them. We could learn how to live a good quality of life, despite migraine pain. And I will show you how to achieve this in this e-book.

And I will show you how to achieve this in what follows.
I also ask that you be open minded enough to try all of the steps I outline in this e-book.
I believe that any chronic condition must be dealt with proactively on three levels: the psychological, physical, and social/spiritual. This is because migraines can impact all of these areas and can put a negative damper on your quality of life.
However, I believe that the psychological realm of self-management is the most important to master at first. We have to mentally reframe our lives so that we can also live a better quality of physical and social life. I believe that for any chronic illness, and migraines are chronic illnesses, we have to effectively deal with our thoughts and emotions about the disease and our disability before we can deal with the physical and social realms of self-management.
One overwhelming reason why this may be the case is because how we live with our physical disabilities caused by
