    Short, sweet and to the point!! I have been experimenting with IF for a couple of years and I love it! But I was experiencing a lot of hunger and binging. While reading this book I realized that I should make sure I got enough solid and healthy food…and keep a steady fast/feast routine instead of too much fluctuation. So this book helped me a lot. The reason for 4 stars is because the links don’t work. They lead me to a generic website!

    It's a good short summary of IF from a female perspective. I personally don't agree with everything she says, but it's a good read and I think would help encourage someone to start their IF lifestyle if they were on the fence.     Seems like this author wrote the book in one day off the top of his head. Why wouldnt someone want scientific evidence to back up what they are recommending? "Cuz I said so" isnt a good enough reason for me and probably not for most women. Much better books on IF out there.
