Research works have been conducted to investigate the implementation of flextime schedules in organizations, the effect of flextime schedules on work-family relations, the impact of incentives including flextime on employee motivation, and other related subjects. This empirical study investigates the impact of 5 types of flextime schedules on employee motivation from the employee perception. The types of flextime schedules are One day in the week home-office, One family day in the month, Career break in the year, Bonus vacation and Free happy hour in the week. They are the independent variables or predictors in this study and are defined as Employee Motivation Factors in the research model. The dependent variable or response is defined as Employee Motivation. The population from which samples are randomly selected is the employees at the IT
