Éxodo da nombre al barco en el que un grupo de judíos supervivientes de los campos de concetración nazis intenta llegar a Palestina para encontrar la libertad.Desafortunadamente, este barco es interceptado por los británicos y son enviados a otro campo de concentración, esta vez británico. Con la ayuda de una organización que se encarga de ayudar a inmigrantes ilegales (llamada Mossad), Ari Ben Canaan tramará un plan para liberar al grupo en Palestina. A su vez, se narra el idilio romántico e imposible entre Ari y Kitti (una enfermera americana). En esta novela el lector podrá presenciar hechos como el nacimiento del Estado de Israel o las persecuciones sufridas por los judíos de la diáspora europea.

Leon Uris
Internationally acclaimed novelist Leon Uris ran away from home at age seventeen, a month after the attack on Pearl Harbor, to join the Marine Corps, and he served at Guadalcanal and Tarawa. His first novel, Battle Cry, was based on his own experiences in the Marines, which he revisited in his final novel, O'Hara's Choice. His other novels include the bestsellers Redemption, Trinity, Exodus, QB VII, and Topaz, among others. Leon Uris passed away in June 2003.
