    Celluloid Dreams - Charles Raspa

    Chapter One

    Plans

    ––––––––

It wasn’t a dark and stormy night.  Conversely it was bright and calm and truly beautiful.  Michael was enjoying the view from his balcony as he fucked some ditzy girl he had picked up at a local bar.  Being a sometimes celebrity and having your picture on the front page of the newspaper did have its advantages.  As Michael fucked her and she held the railing screaming for more his focus drifted.  He had been hard at work for a month, back from a great trip and now negotiating with two companies to acquire them.  These were companies that never made a big splash.  He was trying to figure out the best way to acquire them without too much risk and exposure.  Although he was worth almost fifty million dollars he wasn’t about to risk it without some kind a windfall down the road.  He also knew you had to spend money to make money.  His firm, Holden Tate and Smith, was running fine.  He still had his office there and Wallace his assistant.  His ex-girlfriend Jennifer and her lesbian lover Diane Fullbright were doing a great job running the company.  They had merged with the Grumon Group but kept the name.  John Grumon Sr. was helping them keep the company operating efficiently and there were whispers of taking it public.  Michael had gotten a sweet deal from them to leave the company in their hands and do his own thing.  But he wanted the freedom to maneuver and build a new company.  He had taken Holden Tate and Smith from the brink of death a few different times and built a powerful investment bank.  Now he was looking at an entertainment company and a social media company.  He read about the entertainment company, Monarch Entertainment, in the magazine Variety.  They made straight to video low budget movies.  They had a distribution agreement with Unicom Studios. He researched the company and he thought they were just too complacent.  They were happy in their niche but they set their sights too low.  Michael thought the distribution agreement with Unicom could potentially be very valuable but was not currently being exploited.  Michael thought he could greatly enhance the value with the right projects and a few different moves.  They had a film library of 120 movies that were all pretty horrible.  But there was value in the library.  You could sell the TV rights of the movies to stations around the country that needed the content every year.  These movies would not be Primetime.  They would be shown at one or 2:00 AM on a network or cable TV channel.  Netflix would probably license a bunch of them to put on.  It was filler for the stations, a necessary but relatively cheap expense to have something on the channel at all times.  Michael had met the CEO of the company, Bobby Crimins, a couple of times and the guy truly turned Michael’s stomach.  He was fat and lazy but happy doing his thing.  He missed the big picture.  He could really grow if he ran the company correctly.

The other company he was looking at was a social networking site called ‘WE.’ It was a place where hundreds of the various topics were posted and after signing up you went to the page you wanted to be involved in and jumped into the discussion.  Entertainment, politics, the economy, sex, whatever your pleasure they had a page discussing it online.  They had ten million users but seemed to flat line at that level over the last six months with no real growth. Ten million users was nothing in the Internet age.  The CEO, James Oliver, was a tenacious, tireless working man who put his all into the company.  He was stumped that after a great start they had hit a wall.  Michael felt that was a key point to press during negotiations.  He would definitely use that to his advantage.

Michael looked down and saw his Frankenstein’s Monster Sized Thing going in and out of this girl rapidly and he had a thought.  He pulled out and she yelped.  He knelt down and licked all over the parts that were in front of his face and got them really wet.  Then he stood up and put it in her moist ass and went back to ramming her.  The tightness of her tiny ass got him excited and he felt himself building up to a climax.  He fucked her hard and fast, in and out.  She was screaming so loud Michael was shocked that no neighbors came out and no windows broke.  He felt the familiar tingle in his balls and knew he was at the point of no return.  At the last second he pulled out and shot his gob of goo all over her ass and back.  Some even hit the back of her head and embedded itself in her hair.  She panted and finished her screaming and took it all in stride.  It looked like someone threw a bucket of milk on her.  She was painted white.  As his orgasm was happening Michael had a huge idea.  He thought he could achieve it and if he did he could go to these companies with a solid concrete way to dramatically expand their net worth.  The girl looked up at him.

Oh Michael, that was great, I truly enjoyed it. She said.

Good.  Get ready for round two.  Much longer and much hotter. Michael replied.

I am ready.  Let me just lick and kiss and suck all of my juices off of you first. She started to perform her duty kissing all the parts of Michael that he liked to have kissed. ‘This could work.’ He thought unsure if he was thinking about sex or business.....

    Chapter Two

    Putting It Together.

Michael got to his office and Wallace was there at his desk outside waiting for instructions to begin the day.  When Michael ran Holden Tate and Smith, Wallace was busier than a one armed paper hanger.  Now he looked bored as he searched for things to keep him busy.  But Michael now had a plan to fulfill his dreams and take these two companies and combine them and make them formidable.  He had his coffee set next to his phone and he called his old operations manager Marty Briggs.

    Hello? Marty said.

Hey Marty, it’s Michael.  How are you doing?

Great Michael.  What can I do for you?

Marty, how many shares of Drytech does the firm have in position? Drytech was a company that Holden Tate and Smith had financed.  It was a dud, a pure loser.  It was almost defunct and bankrupt.  Holden Tate and Smith had done the IPO with some other firms.  Michael had bought some for himself and clients and so did some traders at the firm but the company squandered the money through stupid moves.  They had raised $12,000,000 and blew through it in a little more than a year.

We have a little more than three million shares Michael.  That was a dud.  I think bankruptcy court?

Yes Marty.  Okay thanks I have to go.

Bye Michael. Michael hung up and looked at his screen and punched in the symbol.  Although bankrupt the stock still traded and one penny per share.  Michael start to get excited.  He called Wallace in.

    Yes Michael?

Wallace I need you to get me all of the annual reports, quarterly’s, and press releases on a company called Drytech.  I need all of this pronto. Wallace caught on to Michael’s excitement but didn’t ask questions.

Also they are in bankruptcy court.  I need all of their legal filings they may have made in bankruptcy court.  Anything and everything. Michael added.

No problem Michael, give me an hour. Wallace said as he went to his computer to start the research.

Michael went on his own computer to Yahoo Finance and pulled some information up to start.  He made paper copies so he could show people the actual numbers involved.  Michael was old school, he liked reading information off paper not a computer.  Wallace came in and handed him reports one by one and Michael got more excited.  The management team at Drytech had given up over ninety percent of the company between going public and selling stock in the market.  Now the management controlled less than ten percent of the ongoing company.  Michael stopped looking and called trading.

    Trading? Someone answered.

    Who is this?

"Bob McKnight, is that you Michael?

Yes Bob, how are you doing?

    Very well, what’s up?

Do we still make a market in Drytech Corp.?

No, we dropped it a few months ago after they declared bankruptcy.  We gave up.  It didn’t seem like they had any shot of emerging from it.

Okay, apply to make a market.  How long does that take? Michael asked.

    About an hour. Bob replied.

When you are making a market in the stock I want you to bid for one million shares at two cents per share.

Are you sure Michael?  That one was a dud.

I know Bob, here’s the deal.  Don’t show the size of the order and don’t tell a soul.  If you tell anyone that I’m buying it that will create problems. Bob was nervous now as he responded.

I understand Michael.  No sweat, don’t worry about it.  One million shares at two cents per share.  Call me in a couple of hours and I’ll let you know how we’re doing. Bob hung up.

Michael got more excited as he went through the paperwork.  They didn’t go bankrupt from too many exorbitant bills, they simply ran out of capital. Michael thought he could settle all of their debt for under two million dollars.  Michael had his head down reading when Wallace buzzed him.

    What’s up Wallace?

Jennifer is here to see you.

Send her in. Jennifer came into the room looking as beautiful as ever.  Michael was sure she was not gay, just going through a phase.  She had been dating him when she discovered this other passion and they parted ways amicably.  Although he was hurt in the beginning Michael had fucked the shit out of her a few times when she had the debates with her new lifestyle.  Although she declared her love for Diane every now and then she had the need for Man Meat and Michael was there.  He now found that humorous and treated her like a Cock Pig instead of as an ex-girlfriend.

Hello Michael, how are you doing?

    Great Jennifer, what’s up?

You know because of what happened with you we have new rules in trading.  Traders must call to get approval to make a market in a stock. Bob McKnight called and said you want to make a market in Drytech Corp. again.  Any reason why?

This is inside information.  I hope you didn’t delay him.

No, we approved it.  He should be trading it shortly.

Great.  Here is my idea.  Again this is inside information.  I am going to buy a controlling interest in the company.  Once I have more than fifty percent I’m going to kick the management out of the company.  I will then negotiate with creditors and sell whatever I can to create cash and pay off debt.  After that is done I will go to the bankruptcy court to take the company out of bankruptcy.  I will give the company cash to shore up the balance sheet.  When I am finished I will have a clean shell company that I can then use to make acquisitions using the stock as capital.

    Sounds pretty simple. Why Drytech?

Because we own a good deal of the stock that publicly trades.  Hopefully people will sell me the stock when they see it’s moved up.  The management team sold most of their stock to the public to create liquidity after the Initial Public Offering.  There are no controlling shareholders and the management controls less than ten percent.  Once I have over fifty percent then I can make my move.  I don’t believe it’ll take very long.

Sounds very basic.  It’s a boring company with a dry cleaning technology that never took off.  I never thought you would get involved with something so dull.

You are missing the big picture.  It is simply a public vehicle.  I could care less about the dry cleaning technology.  I have two companies I want to acquire and I will use the stock to do that.  Down the road I will need some help.  This is inside information and you can’t act on it.

I know Michael.  When you need help just let us know.

Please don’t tell anyone what I’m doing.  We don’t need it to leak out.  I need people to sell the stock to me or the plan goes to hell.  If anyone gets an inkling of what I am doing they will not sell.

I will not tell anyone.  Don’t worry I know the rules regarding insider information.  I think a lot of people bought the stock under ten cents when it was crashing.  People thought we would step in and save it.  Obviously they were wrong.  If you move it up a little bit I assume many people will not look a gift horse in the mouth and sell out to you.  We used to trade the stock very heavily back in the day.

There’s ten million total shares. Over seventy percent were sold when it went public and then more after.  Management sold a lot of the stock to create liquidity and diversify after the six month lockup period expired.  I need to buy five million shares and I will have control.  I need to move fast.  With the rules nowadays once I own over five percent I need to file to show that I acquired it. Once people see that they may not sell so I need to be swift in acquiring as much stock as I can as fast as I can.  Once I have the piece I need I will do what I have to do.

Sounds like a good plan.  I will leave you to it.  Diane and I will not tell a soul.  Good luck in your endeavor.

Thanks Jennifer.  I will talk to you soon. Just like that she was gone.  Michael called trading.

    Trading this is Seabrook.

Hey Seabrook its Michael, I need McKnight.

    One second Michael.

    McKnight. He clicked on.

Bob, it’s Michael.  Are we in the stock yet?

Yes as of ½ hour ago.  Before that I had Instinet go up and bid for some stock.  So far you have bought two hundred and fifty thousand shares. I am bouncing back and forth between one and a half and two cents trying to see what I can shake loose.

I leave it to your discretion.  I know you told Diane and Jennifer and that’s fine, again I stress you must not tell anyone else.

No one else has been told.  I don’t need to get in trouble

Good.  Use Instinet or any other trading house you want to try and buy stock.  We don’t wanna look like the only buyers on the street.

    I have a suggestion Michael.

    What are you thinking?

Don’t watch the stock today.  It’s the first time it’s moved above a penny in a long time.  I will move up and down and use other market makers to buy the stock we want to buy but if you stare at it all day it will drive you crazy.  Just trust me on this.

Bob I am in your hands.  Go and do what you need to.  I won’t bother you until later today.

We will talk then. They hung up.  Michael didn’t take offense to being spoken to like that.  Traders liked discretion to move around to acquire what they wanted.  They didn’t like being told what to do.  Michael had Wallace order him lunch.  When it came Wallace put it into Michael’s office along with a bunch of filings and reports on Drytech.  Michael ate his lunch while he went through the paperwork.  A lot of it was old but Michael used it to get background.  He didn’t want to miss anything at all.  The company’s board was weak, there were no heavy hitters.  It seemed like all yes men that the management had relationships with.  They had a stock option plan for employees but less than 500,000 shares had been granted due to non-performance.  Michael studied the debt side of the ledger very carefully.  He knew he could negotiate while in bankruptcy and he was confident he could do that to every debtor.  The company had a couple of leases and some vendors and some back tax issues but nothing huge.  The company owned some real estate.  One hundred acres of trees and forest in Shidom Pennsylvania.  Michael had no clue where that was.  Apparently the company wanted to build a plant and move there but that never happened due to a lack of funds.  At its height the company had 100 employees.  They now had less than 25.  The company had the two million dollar credit line with a bank.  Because of the fact they couldn’t pay principal and interest the bank foreclosed and forced the company into bankruptcy.  Michael wasn’t afraid of two million dollars in debt.  He knew the banks were desperate to recoup their money on bad loans.  He didn’t think negotiating with them would be a problem.  Michael spent 2 hours reviewing everything over and over.  He wanted all of the facts to be second nature.  He pulled up a map of Pennsylvania on his computer and looked for Shidom.  It was a tiny little town in the middle of the state about 150 miles from New York City.  Michael peeked at his computer every now and then and saw the stock moving up and down.  The volume was over 800,000 shares which was four times the normal average daily volume.  He couldn’t take it anymore and after 2 hours called McKnight.

    Trading.

Bob, it’s Michael.  How are we doing?

Good.  So far we have bought 687,000 shares.

Great.  I will call you in a few hours. Michael hung up.  Immediately his cell phone rang.

    What’s up? Michael asked.

Why Drytech?  The company was a loser.  Why so many shares?  What’s the game?

Ronnie, your calls can’t be traced right?

    No.  Are you kidding me?

Then buy little bit for yourself.  Maybe one or two hundred thousand shares.  Don’t go crazy and buy it in small increments.  I’m going to use this shell to do what I want and build a huge company.  I am looking at acquiring two different companies but I assume you know that.

You pay me to know everything.

I want you to find out everything I don’t know about the companies.  Find out about the management and let me know when you have information about them.  I need to know if there is any leverage I can use.  Anything you turn up would be helpful

No problem. The last month has been boring.

I know.  I see Wallace’s face every day.

    How is the psycho doing?

Leave him alone.  I know he is bent but he’s doing fine, back to normal.  After everything I discovered about him and made him promise to see a psychiatrist and he was put on some mood elevating medications by the one he is seeing.  It helps him cope.

I bet he didn’t tell his psychiatrist about his murder spree.

I doubt he did but I don’t care either way.  I just don’t need him turning on me that would not end well.  I want him to stay loyal.

No it wouldn’t.  For him anyway.  You sure we can afford to keep him around as he is a potential liability.

No.  He’s fine. He’s a great assistant, he’s smart and he works hard. He has not even asked me for a raise even after everything he did during my trial.  Just leave him alone.

You’re the boss.  Let me know if you change your mind.

Anything else?  I have to go.

Ciao boss.  We will talk. They hung up.  For over five years Ronnie had been Michaels behind the scenes bodyguard and protector.  He’d show Michael films of his dalliances with multiple women.  He had protected him from danger and kept him from getting killed on numerous occasions.  Michael rewarded him very well for his efforts.  The only problem with Ronnie was that none of Michael’s life was private.  Ronnie had hidden cameras all over Michael’ office, apartment, hotels, limos, any vehicle he drove, and even in a private plane Michael used from time to time.  Ronnie had provided Michael with what could’ve been award winning pornography of Michael fucking many different women.  Michael didn’t know how Ronnie did it but he did.  He could’ve been a porno director.  Michael watched some of the collection of DVD’s that Ronnie gave him sometimes for enjoyment and excitement.  Some of the women were no longer alive in real life but they were in Michael’s celluloid dreams.  Ever since Ronnie became part of Michael’s life after a near death experience at a company cabin in the woods he had always been there.  On an island off the coast of Jamaica, in an Atlantic City casino, and all during Michael’s trial for securities violations.  A trial that thankfully he won.  Ronnie was a constant.  Michael kept going over the paperwork on Drytech and focusing on Shidom, Pennsylvania.  Michael called information and requested phone numbers for a real estate agent, and assayer, and an appraiser.  He wanted to see what the property was worth and if there was any value there.  He found a real estate agent and an appraiser but the nearest assayer was in Pittsburgh.  He called a Pittsburgh number and made an appointment for 10:00 AM tomorrow.  He made slightly earlier appointments for the appraiser and real estate agent.  He called trading.

    Trading McKnight. Bob said.

It’s Michael.  How are we doing?

We have bought 958,000 shares so far. Bob replied.

Great.  I am going out of town tomorrow.  Here’s my cell number.  Buy me up to two million shares and you could pay is high as 3¢ per share. Call me on my cell if we buy the stock or if it moves higher. Michael gave him his cell phone number.

A few guys I know on the street asked me today what was happening in the stock because they saw it move. I told them that I got an order from hedge fund that had shorted the stock when it was much higher and they were covering their short positions.

Good work Bob. We must keep this quiet as it’s inside information.

No problem Michael.  Have a safe trip tomorrow. Bob hung up. Michael called Wallace.

    Yes Michael?

Wallace, call legal.  I need to file a 13-D on Drytech Corp.  I purchased over five percent of the company and I have to declare it.  We need to get the form and fill it out and submit on whatever day is the last day we legally have to do it.  Get more than one copy of the form because I will be buying more.  Do not tell anybody, this is inside information.  I am leaving to go out of town tomorrow but you can reach me on my cell phone.

No problem Michael. Wallace hung up.  Ten minutes later Wallace arrived with the paperwork and they started filling it out.  Michael left instructions and then left for the day.  He went to his apartment and got dressed in sweat pants and ordered Chinese Food.  Tomorrow would be an interesting day.....

    Chapter Three

    Forward

Michael woke up early and left the city.  There was no traffic as it was before rush hour.  He was in New Jersey and on the roads of Pennsylvania within an hour.  It was a leisurely drive that was mostly flat land and some hills and then flat land again.  The highway service stations were spaced apart and they were the only thing to see from the road except for a few farmhouses and small towns once he got into Pennsylvania.  Besides that it was just all trees.  Every exit was over 10 miles apart.  Michael had Mapquested the directions and follow the routes he needed and arrived a little under three hours after leaving.  He stopped at a gas station to fill up and grabbed coffee and a breakfast sandwich at a next door diner.  He walked in expecting there to be a load of people like a diner in New York.  He was surprised to see that every seat was available.  He sat and a bubbly blond waitress walked over.  She handed him a menu and spoke.

    Morning sir, traveling through?

    No, checking out some property.

    You looked awfully familiar.

I have never been here before.  Maybe I have that kind of face. Michael smiled at her, she was very cute.

No. I know I’ve seen you before.  It will come to me.  By the way my name is Heather.

Nice name for a beautiful girl.  Your parents chose it well. Heather blushed.

Thank you sir. Our specials are on the menu and coffee is refillable.  Drink as much as you want.  Have you been on TV?  We don’t get many celebrities here.  Were you in a show? Michael laughed.

I’ve been on TV and not on actual shows.  Mostly interviews and the financial channel.  My name is Michael, Michael Biancho.

Why does that name ring a bell?

Mostly the New York newspapers cover me but I have had national exposure too.  I assumed I even got coverage way out here.

It will come to me, I’ll figure it out.  What can I get you Michael Biancho?

Eggs bacon and cheese on a roll with a pot of coffee please.  I would have said I will have a nice bubbly blond waitress straight up but I didn’t wanna get slapped. Michael used his charm and smiled his biggest smile.  Heather giggled and bounced from one foot to the other showing off her legs.  Then she purposely dropped her pad and bent over to pick it up.  Michael’s eyes followed her down and get a nice view of her ‘C’ cup cleavage.  Nice.

That’s a nice way of saying things that’s for sure.  I must say I like that.  No pretense, no bull cocky duty, just straight ahead.  Well I will get you your food and if you are around later on I get off at four.  If you come around then you can get off five minutes later. Heather smiled seductively.  Michael got an instant erection.  This was like shooting fish in a barrel.  It wasn’t even hard.  Well his Throat Expander was hard but not getting in this girl’s pants right now.

I should finish my meetings by four and then I would like to see in which direction the wind is moving because I could watch Heather blow. Even Michael had to admit that was a great line.  Heather turned deep red.

That all depends.  If the stem is large enough Heather likes to take it down to the root.  It’s the only way she can be sure that the stem is strong.  And Heather as you may know has no gag reflex, so deep probing it is a nice thing to pursue. Heather smiled right back at Michael.  Two can play at this game.

Get me my food Heather so I can get out here and be back by four.  I will definitely see you then when you get out.

I look forward to it Mr. Biancho. She walked away and he watched her ass.  It was definitely a gorgeous ass.  Heart shaped with a deep crevice.  It was a slice of pizza ass.  You could just fold it over and eat it.  Well at least he found something to keep him busy later on.  Heather came back a short time later with his food and coffee.

You know you will need this food and coffee to be able to keep up with all the Heather that is here later on when you come back.  Heather is needy and it needs to be pleased in every orifice it has.  If you think you need more food than just call me.  You have a whole pot of coffee.

I am sure I can please any orifice that Heather presents to me.  Don’t worry about that.  Just wonder about if you can keep up with somebody who is old enough to be your father.  If you have done bull riding then you qualify.

We will see Mr. Biancho.  Go ahead and eat so you can go do what you have to and get back here by 4:00.  I look forward to it.

So do I. Michael replied.  Heather walked away to another table while Michael had wolfed down his food and drank a lot of coffee.  He called over Heather when he was done and ask for the check.

There is no charge.  Just get back here when I get off.

Heather I don’t want you to get in trouble.  Please let me pay, I can afford it.

I am the boss.  My dad started this diner but he died from a heart attack and I inherited it.  It’s a lot of work but I make the schedule and the rules.  Go do what you have to Michael, I will be here waiting. Four o’clock, right out front. Michael stood up to leave.

I will definitely be here, be ready. Michael turned and walked out.  He left a hundred dollar bill under the coffee pot.  He got in his car and followed directions to the property.  There was an old decrepit sign. It read.

‘Site of the Future Home of Drytech Corp.’

Michael looked closely.  The sign was old and the wood was splintered.  There was buckshot under the name Drytech.  He wondered if that was from a local or an old employee.  Michael guessed people weren’t happy that the company was bankrupt.  Michael looked around for about 10 minutes when a car pulled up.  Michael saw a man get out of his car and walk over.

    Michael Biancho?

Please call me Michael. Michael said.

We spoke on the phone, I am Fred Bryant of Shidom Realty.  At least you came out on a beautiful day.

Hello Fred, nice to meet you. As I explained on the phone I wanna get a true sense of what this property is worth.

It’s all pretty much the same out here.  I’ll give you a rough estimate.  Property that is unimproved meaning it has no roads or utilities goes for about $3000 an acre.  I don’t know if your property here is flat or hilly and that can slightly effect the price. Flat land is easier to sell for potential farming.  We have to walk in and get a good look to know for sure.  One hundred acres will go back a ways.

That’s what I figured Fred.  But I want to make sure we get the real value.

You mentioned you had an appraiser and an assayer coming.  Most people don’t do that.  Out of curiosity, why did you?

I don’t know the area well.  Because of that I am looking to see if there’s any hidden value here.  As we agreed this has to be kept confidential.  Talking about it can lead to major legal problems, trust me on that.  I hope you don’t have a problem with that?

No problem.  I don’t care.  I don’t need any legal problems.  The small amount of business in this town keeps my head above water.  I get my business locally because people know I don’t talk out of turn.  I keep my mouth shut.  That’s what puts food on my table.

Good.  You don’t need to know the reasons but eventually I will fill you in. Another car pulled up behind them.  They watched a tall man get out and come up to them.

Gary Jones, I am the appraiser. Michael stuck out his hand.

    Michael Biancho. They shook hands.

I understand from our conversation you want this property appraised.

Yes.  I’m not from around here so I want a true appraisal of the property.  I want to know what you think I can sell it for if I want to sell it.

That won’t be a problem Mr. Biancho.

Please call me Michael. Just then another car pulled up.  A short thick man with very little hair on his head got out.  He walked over to them.

Myer Beekman, I am the assayer. He stuck out his hand and Michael shook it and introduced himself and then went around and introduced everyone to each other.

Gentlemen, I want a true picture of what this property is worth.  As I explained to all of you this is confidential information.  Any divulging of it could get you in serious legal complications with Federal regulatory bodies.  Believe me you don’t want that. Do any of you have a problem with that? The men shook their heads no.

Okay, when I drove up I saw a painted post which apparently is the corner property marker.  We will walk from there through the forest to the next property marker and then cut across.  That should give us a good idea of what we have.  Two parcels that border this property are for sale.  One parcel is 60 acres on the eastern side and it’s selling for $3000 an acre.  A second parcel is on the western side and it’s selling for the same price.  That one is very hilly.  Let’s go. The group started walking through the woods.  Every now and then Gary Jones and Myer Beekman stopped and took soil samples and looked at rocks. Beekman took some samples of the rocks.  There wasn’t much talking as they walked to the back corner property marker.  There was a lot of ground to cover and they were only on the outside of it.  From what they could see there was thousands of trees and rock outcroppings all inside of the line they walked.  They got to the far post that was painted with a Drytech Corp.  sign on it.  Jones and Beekman stopped and wrote notes in pads that they had.  They made a left turn to walk to the western border.  The terrain was inclined.  They were going mostly uphill.  Huge boulders and rock formations were scattered all over the place.  As they got closer to the peak Jones pulled out a rod from a bag he had.  He put it into the ground and knocked it in with a sledgehammer.  He sniffed the air and made some notes and took out a GPS unit and programmed the coordinates into it.  He did that five times before they got to the western sign post. The post was at the top of a cliff had dropped off 100 feet to the bottom.  It was a nice view of the valley below.  Michael took out his cell phone and was surprised he got a signal.  He made a call.

    Trading McKnight.

Hey Bob, how are we doing?

Good.  We bought 600,000 more shares.  I am currently at three cents.

You can buy as much as you can there.  There is no share limit.

I will move around a little bit and see what we can do.

I will call you in a while. Michael hung up.

The next leg is back towards the road.  According to the plot map the terrain is up and down.  Everyone needs to be careful. Bryant said.  The group followed him along up and down through the forest.  Jones and Beekman kept taking their samples.  Michael had no clue what they were doing and they weren’t saying much.  He was paying them one thousand dollars each and he hoped they weren’t just doing these things to appease him.  He expected they would tell him that there was nothing of value but the land once they got back to the cars.  The whole trip around the property took about 2 hours but they arrived at the cars safe.  Michael spoke.

Gary, you first.  What are we looking at here?  Is there any value?

"I need to go back and look at a few things.  It’s not fair to say right
