The writings in this book are very real feelings that have been felt by me. They are real emotions that have gone through and still go through from time to time. As I have said to all of the people who in my life I have come to love, when you read these words know that I wrote them when my mind was in darkness, my heart felt cold and all I wanted was to knock on deaths door.
