About this ebook

Weightless—where every action has a reaction.

Leanne had heard many stories of how the aliens humiliate and abuse the young women they capture. And now, after being abducted herself, she helplessly awaits her fate as a slave girl.

Jax had received training about human female anatomy, and had been warned that seeing one naked would significantly disrupt the functioning of the male alien brain. However, nothing prepared him for the erotic Leanne.

In a damaged spacecraft, Jax searches for a solution to save himself and his female captive while Earth's destiny hangs in the balance.

But all is not hopeless.

Determine to survive, the two isolated space travelers overcome their fears, and find that their journey home leads them to an entirely different state of being.

    About the Author

    Chapter One – Earth

Leanne Humphrey spread her towel on the lounge chair. Withdrawing her hairbrush from her pool bag, she smoothed down her tangled locks. She pulled her blond hair back and tightened an elastic scrunchy to create a ponytail. Donning her sunglasses and floppy hat, she kicked off her sandals and reclined on the towel.

    Lee, look at me.

She squinted into the sun and watched her fifteen-year-old brother, Mitch, dive into the pool from the highest of the diving boards. When he surfaced, she waved. She retrieved her book from the bag and thumbed to the marked page. However, her attention was diverted by a young man as he walked by. He was nude.

Clothing was optional at the pool. About half the women took their tops off, and a few went all the way. Conversely, very few men stripped down. Leanne eyed the man’s equipment as he passed; she watched him walked away. She admired his broad shoulders and how his back tapered to narrow hips. She watched his muscles flex under the taut skin of his butt and thick, sturdy thighs.

Umm, take a bite out of that!

Leanne turned to the woman next to her. She was topless. While being nearly twice Leanne’s nineteen years of age, her breasts stood out firmly.

No doubt some surgery there, Leanne thought to herself.

He’s my age, Leanne commented, without thinking.

Oh, come on, honey. He is just the right age to fuck one’s brains out.

The two women leered as their target turned the corner at the far end of the pool. His manhood once again came into view.

Yes, oh my, yes, the older stranger sighed. She fanned herself.

Leanne looked down at her brand new magic-color bikini. The two halves were somehow synchronized to change color every ten minutes.  At the moment, the two pieces were burnt orange. She watched as they changed to lime green. She glanced at Mitch; he was playing water tag with some girls his own age. She reached behind her back and released the strap. She tossed the top into her bag.

I don’t really like suntan lines, she reasoned to herself, but she didn’t remove the bottoms.

Feigning reading her book, she watched the nude man as he reached his lounge chair and lay down. She enjoyed accompanying Mitch to the pool. As she always did, she had protested when her mother had asked her to escort him. However, it had just been for show. Leanne intended to elicit some favor from her mother in the future.

You’d better put some lotion on those beauties, the bawdy, older woman commented and pointed toward Leanne’s pale, perky mounds. Here, this is good stuff. She held out a bottle.

Thank you. Leanne accepted the offered lotion and applied it. Self-consciously, she watched her nipples rise to the occasion. She gave the bottle back with a smile.

Whaah-Whaah-Whaah, the air raid siren blared.

"Oh, crap! Mitch-Mitch," she shouted. Her effort was worthless since everyone else had shouted at the same time. The pool area was a din of noise. Mothers and fathers scrambled to round up their teenage daughters. These and other young women ran for the shelter. The older woman beside Leanne didn’t move; the aliens would not bother her.

Jumping up, Leanne slipped her sandals on, tied her bikini top back in place, stuffed her towel and book back in her bag, and ran to the edge of the pool.

Mitch! She spotted him climbing out the opposite side and ran around to fetch him. Come on, we’ve got to get into the shelter. Grabbing his hand, she pulled him along.

No, I want to see them. They won’t bother me. He pulled away from her grasp. You run hide.

He was right; she shouldn’t have bothered trying to collect him. The aliens only wanted to capture young women—like herself. Leanne turned to run to the shelter on the north side of the pool, but she was too late.

One of the alien spaceships had already landed between her and the shelter. She watched as the shelter’s heavy steel door slammed shut.

Oh, double crap! Stranded, her misguided effort to save Mitch may have been a fatal flaw.

The aliens didn’t attack frequently—only two or three times a year on the entirety of the Earth. Leanne had not given them a single thought as she and Mitch planned their day. However, Saturday afternoons at open-air swimming pools were their favorite time and place to abduct females. No one knew where the aliens had come from. They had appeared shortly after the great famine, two hundred years ago. Leanne had learned in school that there had been a brief war with them, as they attempted to take over the planet. While the Earthmen had been able to fend them off, they could not push them out of the Solar System. The giant blue monsters remained in control of Mars and the other planets.

While defeated in their attempt to possess the Earth, they still attacked and captured Earthwomen. Leanne shuddered to imagine to what purpose they used the girls. She had heard stories. And now, she was in danger of discovering the truth—firsthand.

Come on, Mitch re-grabbed her hand. Let’s run for the trees. Towing her, he sprinted for the grove of trees on the south side of the pool, away from the huge blue monsters.

As individual features of the ground came into focus, Jax completed a final visual scan of the ship’s display panel.  He closed his eyes and allowed the deployment status to appear directly into his visual cortex. Most of the ship operations, and all of the assault deployment functions, were handled by his brain scanner. Messages, images and commands passed directly in and out of his brain, leaving his eyes and ears to focus on his direct surroundings—and his hands free for his weapons. The simulated voice created by his brain scanner attempted to sound like his real voice, but it failed.

The assault force consisted of six spacecraft: four Scout/Interceptor class spaceships and two Transport ships.

Jax loved piloting the small, high powered Scout/Interceptors, more commonly known as SI’s.  The nimble craft’s use consisted primarily of short range reconnaissance missions, but it also frequently protected larger more vulnerable spacecraft. The specific ship Jax piloted today was identified as SI-106 and his specific task in this assault was to protect the two Transports and their valuable cargo.

His squad of spaceships was only one of eighteen squads simultaneously descending to Earth’s surface. This was Jax's fourth assault sortie, his second piloting an SI. For his next mission, he would be the squad commander. The other three SI’s in his squad would directly protect the two transports landing on the north side of the facility, while Jax guarded the south side—alone.  Being alone was not all that dangerous. The response time of the planetary defenders was known to be 20 minutes. The abduction mission would be in and out in 15 minutes.

This squad’s specific assault site lie in the middle of the area known as North America, in an urban center called Kansas City. The other wings from Jax’s Mothership would attack other facilities spread over thousands of square kilometers.

Deployments from the other two Motherships would land at sites across the daylight half of the planet. By now, the planetary defenders had seen the approaching Motherships on their scopes. Therefore, they knew that the assault was commencing. However, they would have no idea of the exact locations of the diverse landings.

This surprise remained an essential part of the Miners’ success plan.

Like all of the men in the squad, Jax had received special training for this specific site. This recreational site surrounded an artificial pond where
