Main Course recipes
Yakisoba Chicken
Servings: 6
Ingredients
½ teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 tablespoons chilli paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
¼ cup soy sauce
1 onion, sliced
½ cup chopped cabbage
2 carrots, chopped
8 ounces soba noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation Method
Add sesame oil, canola oil and chilli paste in a skillet and heat.
Add in garlic and stir for a minute.
Add chicken and soy sauce into the skillet and cook until chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the skillet, add onion, cabbage and carrots and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles and stir well.
Add chicken and serve.

Ingredients
½ cup sake
½ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breast, cubed
3 leeks, cut into ½ inches
Preparation Method
In a small bowl, add sake, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger and mix well.
Add in chicken and mix
