About this series
Is anything easy when you're saving the world?
Name's Megan Murphy and just yesterday I was a widowed mom doing her best to keep it together. Then a demon came calling and blew my tavern sky-high. Next thing I know I'm on the run with my klutzy day shift bartender, the exceedingly gorgeous Quinn Fitzpatrick.
Thanks to my best friend, Liz Phoenix—Leader of the Light aka the good guys fighting a demon-induced Apocalypse—I'm familiar with the supernatural world. Therefore, it doesn't surprise me, much, to learn that Quinn isn't as klutzy as he makes out, nor as human as I believed. He was sent to protect me from anything that slithers.
Quinn thinks the safest place for us is one that's far, far away, a place he once called home. Ireland—land of fairies and leprechauns, trolls, dragons and more.
Alone in the Irish countryside with a man like Quinn . . . well, things happen. Awesome things. Things that haven't happened to a lonely widow in a very long time.
But Quinn has secrets. Who doesn't? Will his secrets save us, or get both of us killed?

- Any Given Doomsday: The Phoenix Chronicles, #1
1
Preventing the Apocalypse, one demon at a time . . . Elizabeth Phoenix, Liz to my friends, just an ex-cop whose psychic abilities got her partner killed. Next thing I know, I'm fighting a supernatural battle against the Nephilim, monsters of Biblical proportion, intent on bringing about doomsday. If only I didn't have to work with the one, the only man I've ever loved, half-vampire Jimmy Sanducci. That relationship did not end well and I haven't forgotten, or forgiven, him yet. With new powers I'm unable to control, I'm forced to beg help from Sawyer, a powerful Navajo shapeshifter, a man who is sex in every form. As we spiral toward Armageddon, I'm caught between two worlds and two men. Will I succeed in saving us all, or will the world as we know it end?
- Doomsday Can Wait: The Phoenix Chronicles, #2

Werewolves? Vampires? Demons? Oh, my! Liz Phoenix here. Just a psychic ex-cop who managed to thwart Doomsday. But the army of demons intent on bringing about the Apocalypse ain't done yet. Neither am I. I may have lost three quarters of my troops in the last battle, but with the backing of a half-vampire, a fairy and a Navajo skin-walker, three of the most powerful beings on earth, I'm in good shape. Or so I thought until the Naye'i showed up. They call her The Woman of Smoke and she's one scary demon. The Naye'i wants me dead. But lately, who doesn't?
- Apocalypse Happens: The Phoenix Chronicles, #3

In a world gone mad, who can be trusted? As the leader of the forces of light, it's me, Liz Phoenix, who is front and center in the effort to save mankind from destruction. Sometimes my supernatural abilities, combined with those of a half vampire and a Navajo shaman, shape-shifter, are all that stand between the human race and Armageddon. But could one, or both, of them be working for the other side? I've trusted these men with my life, time and time again, but when the end is near, can I trust them to be the saviors of every person on earth?
- Chaos Bites: The Phoenix Chronicles, #4

It's not the end of the world . . . yet. I'm Liz Phoenix, just a psychic ex-cop thrust into a job I never wanted. Savior of the World. It's bad enough the Apocalypse is bearing down on me with epic speed, but now I'm getting visits from a dead man in my dreams. And he's put me in charge of his shape-shifting baby. To cheat death this time I'll need to count on the help of my first love, the half-vampire Jimmy Sanducci. Despite our differences, he may be the only one left I can trust. Together we must find the Book of Samyaza, which is said to contain the secret to raising the powerful Navajo shaman, Sawyer, from the dead. To defeat the demons bent on bringing about the end of the world as we know it, I'm going to need all the help I can get. Do I have what it takes to stop chaos from coming?
